Great hotel - great location!Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Proximity to sites (within walking distance) and proximity to the metro. Also the restaurants and activites within a few blocks were great!
Location: Huge restaurant selection down the block. Pedestrian mall shopping down the block. Catherdral and other sites within 3 blocks. Metro within 3 block
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the central part of the city, and it was great. Located perfectly for being able to walk or metro throughout the city. Location is perfect, and things to do in the is great too! The resatuarants down the block toward the river we more within a short walk and a great price and selection. Overall a 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay again! Had a great time!

When I got there they had no reservation for mePosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Location, Location, Location
Cons: Signage on the "alley leading to the front entrance
Location: Great restaurants, museums etc
If you are going to visit Old Montreal this hotel is perfectly placed. The rooms are a good size for a large city hotel. There was some confusion when we arrived and fortunately they had 1 room left. A lower floor than I wanted but still it had a small rooftop sitting area and was quiet.

Very nice hotel, easy to get toPosted Aug 30, 2014
very nice hotel the rooms were clean, the sheets silky smooth, and the staff very helpful. the tv service is soso but lets be honest...we were not there for the tv quality. loove the valet service. it makes checking in much easier cinsidering the acces to the hotel is in a narrow street in old montreal. overall a very good experience. close to everything !!

Fantastic location in Old MontrealPosted Aug 26, 2014
We stayed for one night but I wish it could have been longer. The free Continental breakfast was fantastic and they still brought fresh hot food (eggs, sausages) right until when they were closing up for all the latecomers. Room was clean and comfortable, free wifi worked great and the location couldnt be better. Car valets were very accomodating and friendly as well.

Pros: search on line
nice hotel, very well placed in Old Montreal, sofa bed a bit close to exit door, it had to be folded up to get across room, but staff lovely, room was nice, and mostly clean. we were able to park car ($23.00 per day mind you) and walk everywhere in Old Montreal.

The hotel was nice and bright.Well locatedPosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: The rooms were very well lit. The bed in the master bedroom wasincredibly comfortable.
Cons: The staff could answer the phone. The computer/internet system MUST be improved.
Location: Nice location. Oodles of restaurants nearby.Loved the pedestrian section of Old Quebec. Subway not too far away.
The sofa bed was, basically, a torture rack. The roll away they brought up later was filthy. Finally, they put an extra mattress on the sofa and that was better. The staff was okay. My other tried to call a number of times. On three evenings she could not get through to us as noone answered the phone at the front desk. It was located in a convenient area close to old Quebec and not too far from the subway. If there was free wireless, great. However, neither my son or I could connect to the system and the computers in the business center were so outdated and slow --as in frozen--that they were of little or any use.The tv remote control was awful. My son's worked pretty well.

Dear Marie, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. We are sorry you found the sofa bed to be uncomfortable. We have addressed this issue with maintenanc e. The issue with the phones has been also addressed with the Front Desk Manager - we usually have two associates on the desk at all times to ensure we can adequately deal with all calls as well as guest requests, and we do apologize that we fell short of the mark during your visit. Fantastic hotel in an amazing locationPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Location is excellent. Breakfast buffet was welll stocked and appreciated.
Location: Right in the heart of Old Montreal, there are plenty of photo opportunities around each corner. Nortre Dame Basillica is just up the street!
We were in town for a music festival and couldn't be happier with our experience at the hotel. From the valet to the front desk and housekeeping staff, we were treated very very well.
