“Wonderful hotel, great location”

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy to get around with the elevator in the hotel directly to the Metro.

“Best Beds and Great Location”

I loved the beds at this hotel. Really, it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings because it was just so comfy. The matress, sheets, down comfortable and gazillion pillows where heavenly! Okay so maybe I'm used to the super-whatever motels and so it is all relative but I would definately reccomend this place and will stay again. The location was good too. Close enough to walk to St. Catherine's street and a metro stop in the basement. We were told that we could walk to Old Montreal from the hotel but I think that is only for the young and healthy!! Take the metro - it's easy and you won't kill your feet.

“Great Value”

I was very pleased with this hotel. Beautiful lobby and very nice room. It is a great value for the price. The free breakfast for the kids was a nice add-on too. They have a great buffet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town/waterfront, which was a little bit of a drag doing over and over again, but not too bad. The area seemed fairly safe walking back from the old town at night but I probably would not do so alone late at night. Overall a real nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and close enough to the old town.

“Perfect hotel for a Montreal visit”

The Marriott was beautiful, the rooms clean, large, and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There was a great little place for breakfast at a very reasonable price located on the main floor. Location was especially great, with the convenience of an entry to the Metro directly from the hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Money can be exchanged right at the desk. There is also a computer on the main floor just for print boarding passes -- very convenient. The tour buses were also only 3 blocks away, so we could walk there. If we ever visit Montreal again, we will DEFINITELY stay here. We will also recommend this hotel to friends.

“Centrally located. Great Hotel. Nice view.”

I'm not sure it can get any more central. Most everything was in walking distance and the Metro and underground were accessible right from the hotel. The views of Square Dorchester and downtown Montreal were stunning. The service was superb and staff are very polite and friendly. Since it is a four star, nothing is cheap, but the hotel is well worth it for its cleanliness and quality.

“Very Happy!”

The hotel was centrally located and very clean. The rooms were nice and the bed comfortable. We attented a hockey game at the Bell Centre and were very pleased it was so close. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone and also stay there in the future.

“Great Experience”

My husband and I booked this hotel due to its' proximity to the Centre Bell and the other reviews on Expedia. We were not disappointed. The staff was coureous and the facility was great. We only spent one night and then headed back home. Wishing we stayed longer. Would definately go back.
