I stayed there 3 times and all three times the back window was not properly covered and people could look in the room at me in bed. They could have fixed that by now. Blinds are not that expensive.

The Staff is very friendly. The room is clean. Many restaurants around. I will return for sure. I was not lucky, I had noisy neighbors, young girls and boys, they were screaming at night, outside their room I think they were happy to be on vacation, I was happy too but I respect people.

Really enjoyed our stay here, customer service is great, rooms are clean and you have everything you need in the room (fridge, microwave, coffee). Quiet and near lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The Key cards for the doors didn't work, Had to always go to the reception for a manager to open our room door. The heat barely worked. Not sure whose vehicle it was, but always had an issue with parking my vehicle. Since an employee or management always parked in the spot that was clearly marked "NO Parking at anytime ." sign. Would not ever recommend to anyone, will never stay there again.

Excellent property for the price. You can feel the old vibe of the motel and the facility needs some upgrade which is the most case of hotels in Montreal. Other than that, the service is excellent, our room was being cleaned daily, free parking, quiet room, and a 15 minute drive to everything.

It's not a fancy place with no place to hang your coat and the sink and tub right in the room but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and I slept well each night.

I Stayed at hotel, its a very bad service we received, waste of money.  I am so unhappy. Expedia should investigate issue. There is only 1 sink that was clogged for whole day and bathtub was very slow/clogged, bathroom light was not working. I reached reception, reception Mr Ralph said we are looking plumber then again said it takes long time to get plumber, ok we may give you discount, I am checking with owner Lee/Chinese gentleman. Later, next day at 10 am, I talked with owner. Owner said report problem at expedia and  make a complaint. Lets see
