Staff were great, the renovations are really coming along and there is lots of potential here. We had some issues with the room itself but as we were only there one night chose not to make an issue of it.

Overall it’s terrible, first room no desk, door can’t get locked, the truck on the beside highway very noisy also trembling the whole building. The wall on the corridor is moldy and broken, made you felt very bad.

Room was not nice nothing was plugged in TV is on very low dresser below level of bed. Sink had no drain plug. When shower is on water sprayed from bath tap. Ask for a wake-up call never got it. Shuttle drivers were great and staff was nice

The hotel is close to the airport and has a good shuttle service. However, the property is extremely dated (decor, furniture, etc.) and is currently undergoing renovations. The room we were initially placed in was very poor. We complained and the staff kindly upgraded to a suite, but sadly it wasn’t much better than the first. Overall, I felt quite disappointed by this stay.

The light switches did not work in the room, we had to try to walk around the room in the dark to locate the lamps. The fan in the bathroom does not work at all. The hotel overall needs a facelift.

It is not a criticism of the hotel. However, there were no coffee shops reachable. Across the highway was a MacDonald's - but I did not see any way to get to it. My wife wanted to buy ice cream and we found some at the lIGA next door. It was contained in an open bin and fell off the stick when she tried to eat it.

Started with a great entry and take in at the desk. The room temperature control didn't work, had to be over 25* in the room - found the window AC unit, turned it on and I thought a Jet Plane was taking off, but it worked so took that as a win. During the night the AC quit working. Room was tropical by morning, didn't sleep. Went to shower and low and behold, no shower curtain!!! Just disappointing as this is my 4th or 5th at this property. Make no mistake this is no Fairmont but this stay was very disappointing.

Perfect hotel if you are traveling from YUlL. The airport shuttle is very convenient, they even had a breakfast to go for us at 5:00 am.

I had trouble reaching them to get a shuttle ride from the airport. The VM recording that answers the phone was ONLY in French. After getting disconnected -- 4 times -- I finally went to the visitor's center and they called for me. This is a French-speaking territory, so I'm not surprised that French is the dominant language, but most of the places I went in Quebec (train, Bell Centre), the messages were in French, followed by repeating the message in English. For a hotel at an international airport to only have French messaging is very unfriendly. That said -- the staff at the facility, once I got there, were VERY friendly.

Our experience started with the shuttle service for pick up from Montreal airport. The driver was very rude and upset that we had luggage for all passengers. After his tantrum we made our way to Quality Inn where I voiced my frustration with the staff. 😡 The staff was very professional, courteous and apologetic and promised to make things right. I guess they spoke with the shuttle driver and ensured we don't get a repeat of our first experience. 👍 We requested one of their bigger rooms (Room 159). The room was ok, not very tidy and the carpets felt like they hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed properly. The room was adjacent to the highway so we had to deal with a lot of noise day and night. Cherry on the cake was the parking lot (maybe the inn's or the one next door). There were parking beeps and alarms going off in the daytime making it frustrating and impossible to relax after a long trip. The morning breakfast was delicious and very filling. I really appreciated the options. Checkout was smooth and the staff were friendly so no further complaints. 👍 Please note, there is no microwave/kettle on the premises. We had a baby with us and had to make frequent trips to the coffee machine in the lobby for some hot water. 🍼 On our way back to the airport, the driver was really nice and helpful. He helped us with our luggage and chatted with my wife. I'm glad I didn't have a bad experience with him again. I really wish #Expedia would provide better rooms for the bookings

I travel for work a lot and find myself flying through Montreal having to spend the night and this place has kinda become my go to. The price is right, the staff are so friendly, the location is great and I'd say they have one the more user friendly shuttles. They are doing an extensive redo and when it's done it will look great.

Overall a good stay. As a minus we had to wait too much for the airport shuttle to pick us up also comparing with a similar experience last year with a nearby hotel. As a plus, to be included in the price the breakfast exceeded the ecpectations.

They are in the process of renovating, and some of the layout is a bit strange because it seems like they may be making large suits into (much) smaller rooms. The one I had appears very small because most of the space is swallowed by a king size bed.
