I had trouble reaching them to get a shuttle ride from the airport. The VM recording that answers the phone was ONLY in French. After getting disconnected -- 4 times -- I finally went to the visitor's center and they called for me. This is a French-speaking territory, so I'm not surprised that French is the dominant language, but most of the places I went in Quebec (train, Bell Centre), the messages were in French, followed by repeating the message in English. For a hotel at an international airport to only have French messaging is very unfriendly. That said -- the staff at the facility, once I got there, were VERY friendly.
