Close to AirportPosted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: It's near the airport and offers free parking.
Cons: The Hotel needs renovation and new management.
Location: You have to drive in order to get to St-Joseph Oratory, Mount Royal Park, Downtown, Old Montreal and Old port, to the Olympic park etc.
The Hotel was bought by Travelodge, it was Park Inn before. The first room we got after our check-in we couldn't get internet connection. We asked to move to another room after we tested the connection. The room was two double bed one of them doesn't have any electric plug near buy, wall paper around the window had mold. Mirror frame needs fixing. To iron you need to keep the bathroom door open in order to iron. Bathroom door doesn't close properly you have to push in order to close it. Toilet bowl was so small. If the room above takes a bath the water comes out in our room tub. The heating and air conditioning system is too noisy. Breakfast is not included.

Truly budgetPosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is old and somewhat dated. The restaurant is closed all weekend and there is nothing open in the surroundings. The cleaning staff is great and very helpful. They immediately fixed a clogged drain. However, a used food tray stayed in the hallway for 3 days. The smoking section smelled of a truly different kind of smoke on the weekend. Security is non existent as the side doors are open to all. Not for a single woman.

Travelodge Great place to overnight before flyingPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was good. Lots of parking. Loved the free shuttle 5:00AM to the airport.
Cons: They had a refrig. A microwave would be nice for the restaurant leftovers.
Location: Location near the airport. Good to unwind from the trip and rearrange one's luggage.
Travelodge Montreal Airport has a good restaurant. Our room was spacious. Lots of parking. Loved free shuttle to airport. Efficient hotel staff. Great place to stay before flying out.

DisappointingPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: The restaurant.
Cons: Everything - heating/cooling system, lighting, cleanliness etc.
Location: Not too far from the airport and train station.
This Travelodge was not up to the standards we are used to with Travelodge. There were huge cracks in the window, we could not control the air conditioning/heat - we froze all night even though we explained our problem to the staff. The bathroom looked clean but there was mould present. There was a coffee pot but no cups, no coffee, sugar etc. The lighting was very poor - one light bulb hung from a wire below the shade. It was impossible to read. The only redeeming feature was the pleasant staff and the attached restaurant.

not pleasedPosted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
all I can really say is that the staff at the hotel were really nice. only problem is I had a non smoking room since I had a baby with me but as I walk down the hallway I smelled pure cigarettes. the bathrooms are incredibly small I can barely walk into it and shut the door. I would say that I'd go back but only if I was tight on money. you get what you pay for

Close to city but VERY old hotelPosted Oct 5, 2013
Cheap and stinky... it was summer and weather was excellent for swimming. Noo swimming pool was provided, although promised twice!!!!! This guys never opened the pool for us. ... the main reason to choose the hotel was the pool for my kids any way!!!!!
