Grand Mesa Tour.

Pros: Fresh room remodel. Price/value
Cons: Complimentary breakfast was good but waiter was almost non-existent.
Location: Take a scenic tour of the Grand Mesa.
Very nice room. Quality workmanship on room remodel. Check-in staff were nice.

Cozy small, but friendly motel.

Pros: Service and warmth of staff.
Cons: Needs some remodeling with respect to the face lift.
Location: Officials of the City of Delta are hybernating. This city could be turned into a suburb of Grand Junction. No one is paying any attention.
Everything about this motel was excellent. Nice experience. Committed and honest staff. Could use some remodeling. I would recommend this motel to a friend.

Had new ownership and did not note it mapquest noted location in different area had to call to find out name had changed and old address was correct

The exterior didn't instill confidence. The rooms however were nicer than expected. The breakfast was good but very small. It was necessary to purchase more food to supplement. There was a nonfunctional hot tub available, I didn't use it.
