“Clean, friendly, no-frills place to stay”

We stayed one night with our kids to attend a local triathlon. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was well stocked. This is an economy hotel and for just a brief, overnight stay, the hotel delivered.

“Great stay!”

I was really impressed with this hotel. I am very picky because I used to be in the business but this place definitely impressed me. The breakfast was awesome and the room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly too. The only complaint I have is that when my daughter called the staff sometimes wouldn't put her call through to my room or they would make her wait on hold for about fifteen minutes. Despite that I would still stay there again because the good far outweighed the bad.

Area recommendations

Main street has a great appeal and this communitiy is extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back and this time I would bring more of my family.

When to go

We went in late September and it was beautiful. The weather was perfect and the leaves on the trees had started to change.

Dining

There are so many restaurants to choose from. We never even bothered with the fast food. I highly recommend Pahgre's. They use local ingredients which not only helps support the city but also ensures great flavors.

“I'll recommend it”

More than I expected. Excellent service. Room was clean. Breakfast included ... real breakfast not just toast and coffee. I used for one night on my way to Silverton, CO. Saved a lot.

“Good value for price”

Hotel is very clean and updated. It is not well located, but neighborhood is not considered high crime or run down, just not as convenient as it could be. The hot breakfast was an added plus.

“Best experience from a hotel staff ever”

The service was wonderful. The hotel staff attempted to meet our needs without additional requests from us. Even when the service was not available, they suggessted possible alternatives that would meet our needs. The breakfast each morning was of good quality and served with a smile. This staff truly demonstrated good customer care to us.
