I've been to many resorts but this was by far the most beautiful! The room was breathtaking and everyone was just so pleasant!! I would definitely return.

Peaceful luxuryPosted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Peace, quite and luxury. Great snorkeling. Great infinity pool.
Wonderful stay in over water bungalows - felt like living in an aquarium. Smaller then some of the other luxury hotels on Moorea - but that makes for a more peaceful and intimate stay. I would recommend this hotel as the best! Certainly the best value for money from our experience of eating at other hotels on the island. Staff were very friendly, food was great and location perfect. The only down side to our stay was the neighbors fishing the tropical fish from their over water bungalow. We hope the manager dealt with such eco-unfriendly behavior, but we did have to call the front desk twice to inform them!

This is the PERFECT place, we didn't want to leavePosted Apr 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Upon arrival, we were asked to sit down and they brought us a refreshing drink and checked us in right there, where we could relax after our long trip. We were excorted to our premium beach bungalow and OMG, when you look at the pictures you really can't see how absolutely amazing it was!!! It had a refrigerator, a coffee pot, even a plug in for our American chargers without converter. I snorkeled right by the Padi shack and I was in a fishbowl. You can hear the ocean all night and the bungalow has a fabulous patio for relaxing as you gaze at the ocean and mountains. You can walk to lots of shopping and restaurants that have free WiFi. Don't miss Happy Hour! Breakfast is huge and we took meats and cheese for our afternoon snack. The restaurant food was reasonably and delicious!!! Beautiful pool! Lots of fun excursions the concierge will book for you and charge right to your room! She will also call off-site restaurants that will come pick you up and bring you back.

Nice place but!Posted Mar 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were so excited to go back to Moorea and were just a bit disappointed in the Moorea Pearl Resort. Considering the proce we paid we expected alot more of the little things such as 1. At the breakfast buffet why cant we get our coffee served. 2. The ladder at our overwater bungalow was way to short 3.why is there no chairs in your room to sit down? seriously being a seasoned traveller every little detail counts. Beside that the people were a bit on the snobby side expecially at the bar. Whats with that? So really if I ever go back to moorea I may look at a pension or Fare.

Very nice resort, could use some minor updates but would stay again. Food was very good but over priced. Friendly staff and helpful.

Room great, nice place, but dinner service was poor and my dinner roll which I asked for twice was so stale I was unable to cut it, I had to ask twice again for a replacement roll.I would good back.

Good value for overwater bungalowPosted Mar 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Facility was very nice, room was great, service was excellent. Included buffet breakfast was very complete including made-to-order omlettes fresh juice. Town within walking distance with supermarket to bring staples back to your room, restaurants from very reasonable to more expensive. Resort includes water activities like snorkel gear, paddle boards, kayaks. Snorkel right off your deck to the reef below, many fish.

Nice placePosted Mar 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall I liked your hotel, the food quality, and the room service. The one thing that I was desapointed is that the over the water Bungalow we got did not have ocean view as we thought. It had a view of the other bungalows that were on the beach shore. We had no privacy in our room or room balcony. When I got to your hotel and saw the room this was the first thing I told the receptionist and no one did anything to try to please us. Also when we asked for help where to dine the lady at the reception was not able to help us either. This looks very bad in such a beautiful hotel.

Great Boutique Tahitian style resortPosted Mar 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overwater Bungalows were amazing, be aware that the supposed fridge in the room is a cool box NOT a Fridge, does not make things cold but kept things cool but needed to go to ice machine a few times a day. Hire car company right across the road and English was good. Supermarket 10 min walk to get supplies as all Hotels are not cheap but surprising that prices in the Hotel were about the same as Australia - Travelled to 5 Islands inc Bora Bora but Moorea is the closest to mainland $12 one way Large ferry ride approx. 45mins "Moorea is the pick of all Islands we visited and easy 4 hour drive on 1 road that circles the coastline - Water and snorkelling is Amazing
