Pros: Convenience
Cons: Breakfast menu
Booked two rooms and minor maintenance issues. But just right for the budget.

Pros: I got the feeling that the room was as clean as anyone could make it given what they had to work with. There was just too much going against them.
Cons: This building should be razed and a complete new facility built. I'm surprised and disappointed that Days Inn would have such a hotel.
Location: Location is very good - just off of I-77 at Mooresville, NC. There are two beautiful hotels just on the other side of the interstate.
The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, I feel bad for them that they have to work in such a deplorable facility. The room smelled bad, there were horrible stains on the rug, the desk chair and the blanket. The mattress was the worst I've seen. My wife and I were booked for two nights, but we left after the first night knowing that we would sacrifice the fee for the second night.

Noise from the Strip Club located in the next lot over was unbearable. Ask for a room near the office. Staff was very accommodating & moved our family as we stayed a few nights. The hotel was conveniently located.

Stayed for four nights. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Towels were a little dingy first night but then fine remainder of stay.

Off Interstate

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Lake Norman.
Terrible experience! Dirty mattresses with cigarette stains and torn mattress in room 138. Attended family events all 3 days so not in room full day until last day of stay. Will never choose Days Inn again. Spoke to office staff. They said half of hotel has been renovated. Apparently I was put into the "old" room because of terrific "non-refundable rate". awful experience.

Close to restaurants and highway

Pros: It was a comfortable room
Cons: I think the rooms just need a coat of fresh paint and new carpet and new linens.
Location: Good location for restaurants and highway access.
Brought the family down for a wedding. It was a good place to rest our head for a couple of nights. A little remodeling and this would be an excellent place for the money.

Weekend wedding

Arrived for a late check in, unable to enter lobby, could only enter vestibule. No one was at counter and there was no bell to ring for service. Had to call to tell them we were waiting and received response of cant assist if I am on phone. Clerk was abrupt and unpersonable however the next morning the clerk was much better. The beds were like trampolines, the slightest movement and you felt as you would bounce off and onto the floor. Room attendants were very friendly.
