The rooms need much TLC. The initial room we were given was musty and close to the laundry facility ( 350). We manoeuvred past laundry carts to get to our room. They did give another room as we were not pleased. The room we moved to smelled better but there was a marked iron stain on the rug ( room 455) and the furniture was soiled. Staff did their best to accommodate our needs but the facility is overrated for the price.

Whatever you do, don’t book this property through Expedia. We asked for a renovated room because ours was in poor condition- we offered to pay whatever the difference would be. The staff said we could move to a renovated room for an extra $40, so we agreed. When they realized we booked through Expedia, they said there was nothing they could do. We couldn’t even pay to go to a better room. I’m also not sure why when the hotel is nowhere near full, why any guests are being put in old, broken rooms. We also booked 2 queen beds, but the beds were much smaller than a standard queen. We asked if we had mistakenly been given a double and they told us that their queens were just smaller than average. We even measured the mattresses and they were not queen. For a $220 room on a weeknight, we expected a bit nicer accommodation and better customer service. The spa itself is fine. Lots of peeling paint, but the cool towels were nice.

The room was extremely out dated, stains on the carpets, and the 2 chairs in the room wee filthy and had a sticky substance on them. the Air condition stopped working through the night and started smelling like it had electrical components smoldering. the walls had various scuffs and scraps that weren't fixed. it was just an awful experience for the price paid. We won't be going back.

I ordered a room way in advance with Expedia that had 2 double beds. Upon arrival at 7pm, they told me they could only accommodate a room with a king bed as that's what I booked. I gave them my Expedia reference booking # and they blamed it on Expedia that Expedia doesn't know the layout of the rooms. The best they could do was provide a cot since we were 3 adults. They staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The facility (pool especially outdoor area) is showing it needs some maintenance as rust and missing wall or floor pieces are showing. They could have did a better job with shoveling snow around the pool and skywalk to the hotel rooms. In the morning when the pool opens at 7am for hotel guest only, the skywalk from hotel rooms to the pool was still locked and it was a simple error from maintenance. With an elderly parent who has trouble walking, this was an inconvenience as we needed to go down one floor and across the hall to another elevator just to access the pool. Overall, I wasn't impressed with our stay for a few of these reasons above. Especially the room type I requested!

Love the spa. Rooms need an update but are ok. We love Moose Jaw as a great getaway and the spa is a wonderful spot. Just wish they would freshen up the rooms (ex: AC units)

Not as advertised. Rooms are old, dingy and not clean. The towels are rough and gross, the toiletries were terrible - bring your own soap and shampoo. The fabric chairs in the room are old and stained. The carpet is worn out, stained and disgusting. When I raised my concern to the front desk, she said she can cancel my reservation and I can go to a different hotel and then claimed that because I booked through Expedia, I got a bad room. They had us in a building across from the main hotel building and we had to walk for quite a while and take 2 elevators to get to the pool and spa... which is nothing special and not worth the money paid to come to this hotel. If you have kids that want to use the pool, they will be told they are not allowed to splash, raise their voice or jump in, as it would disturb the other guests. The parkade is poorly designed and you have to pay an extra $5 a day to park there. Good luck navigating through it if you have a larger vehicle. The hotel is attached to the local casino which makes it a busy area with lots of interesting characters lurking around. All in all - a terrible experience. Save your dollars and go somewhere else if you are going to Moose Jaw.

Upon arrival fridge had someone else’s food. Had to ask for a bar of soap, apparently it was on back order. Television went no signal multiple times. Expedia does not offer same promotions as the hotel such as free parking and breakfast, likely won’t book through Expedia for this hotel next time

This property had deteriorated in all ways over the last few years. The elevator was broken so people in our party could not use the pool because they were unable to climb the stairs. I called the day before check in to confirm our reservation and remind them of mobility issues and they never told us about the broken elevator. We would have cancelled our 4 rooms. There was also no hand soap available for the rooms and no towels at the pool on Sunday morning. Random charges to my credit card that was never explained and charged both my credit card and my daughters for the same room. They used to have quality shampoo and soaps in the room but now they are just cheep generic amenities. This property used to have a real nice spa hotel feel but no longer.

Elevator to the pool broken, had been broken for weeks yet we were not informed of that when we called in about our guests having mobility issues. Thus our guest was unable to use pool. No hand soap or sanitizer in rooms, no cream rinse. Quality of whole hotel is not anywhere what it used to be. Towels at spa were small and rough as sandpaper. Food at pool area was limited due to broken elevator. No enough staff to serve, lineups wherever we went.

The stay was good. Spa area could still use a bit of updating. Towels outside of sauna. I liked the cold cloths but some located outside of sauna would be great. Also it says there is eucalyptus oil in sauna but you couldn’t smell it at all….. a little extra would be nice. Other then that it was nice.

The toilet seat was peeling and there was hair in the shower. It was very hot and we had to sleep with air conditioner even though it was -32 C outside! Our door lock kept beeping and had to call maintenance twice and drill it differently. We had the door closed all the way. They gave us 2 robes but wanted 3 and wouldnt gice them to us. They should allow robes for how many adults are staying in the hotel! Also, they need to have room service or a breakfast option.
