Good location but this is a very old tired building. Marriott has fixed up the rooms nicely but the layout of the rooms, especially bathrooms, is small and not up to modern standards; virtually no room for wife to put on make-up, one small sink located outside the bathroom, step in tub shower.There are better hotels nearby. This one is cheaper for a reason.

Larry, thank you for your feedback. our property is older than some close by true. Our staff works extremely hard at keeping our guests happy and all of their needs met while on property and we take pride in our housekeeping and maintenance team for doing a great job also.

Property kept charging me for fees and other things that I should not be paying for. When I called today April 8 2024 to address this the young lady at the desk was disrespectful and accused me of getting like that when I answered her so what’s up question with your company over charged my credit card. She said I book from a third party and she could not help.

Shay, unfortunately when you book with a third party they handle your charges. we only charge you for anything you purchase on property or at our bistro.

Disappointed the jacuzzi was out of service. Water temp of pool was kind of cool. Suggesting, think there should be some kind of tarp over fire pit so people can go out and enjoy it when it's raining.

Close to several restaurants and right off the highway so very convenient. The girls at the front desk left much to be desired. They complained to each other as I was checking in about how busy it was and their dissatisfaction with the job. They were dressed slovenly with torn clothing and pants pockets hanging out. One was eating and talking with her mouth full. The ice machine and elevator were out of service so poor upkeep on the property.

It was perfect location for our ski trip to Montage Mountain. Hotel room was clean with a nice modern decor. Staff at the front desk were friendly and checked us in quickly.

Nice hotel, very close to Montage Ski Resort. My only issue was that the vanity was very small and difficult to fit all my stuff lol. Also the lighting was not strong enough to do my make up.

Great location for visiting family across the street at the Glenmaura Senior Living Facility as well as for skiing Montage Mountain. Area restaurants are excellent. Hotel is okay - could use an update:. Exercise equipment was broken, the refrigerator in our room was full of ice, hairdryer sounded like a diesel engine that was about to catch on fire, and the stairwell had a water leak - everything else was great.

Road way entrance needs additional entrance sign posted 200 feet prior to standard entrance located on a curve with insufficient sight distance traveling north and a sign posted on roadway south 300 feet indicating left turn required. The double lane roadway is heavily travelled at times due to shopping malls nearby. It’s necessary to prevent sudden stops due to over shooting entrance even at 30 mph or clientele overreaction as they pass or cannot see entrance while negotiating a curve. Hazardous entrance can only be a liability. Never in my traveling years have I experienced such an egress. Left turn exits has egregious sight distance north and south for the road way traffic volume and speed. Liability is immense.
