Comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Hot coffee available. The hair dryer was not working and the front desk attendant left one in my room while I was out with a very sweet note and cookies. Such a nice touch!

Best hotel in town. Havelock does not have much going on but at least this is a clean, comfortable, updated hotel choice. The mexican restaurant just in front of the hotel is also excellent.

This hotel was great for a two night stay near family. The room was spacious and the hotel is close to everything. It was clean. Breakfast was great. Easy free parking. They have a cool fish tank in the lobby.

Motel Hell 😡
We booked this hotel never again we had to change rooms cause curtains wouldn't close the window by the bed was so close to the window had a hard time getting outta bed to go to the bathroom hallway floors were nasty same with the 2 nd room . Never will I go back there horrible only slept for about 2 hrs. Nightmare wasted money 😡 oh when they switched us to another room all the lights where on when we opened the door ... Scary

The only good thing i can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was good and clean. The woman taking care of the breakfast and dining area was the only friendly person at the hotel. To start the room number was ripped off the door area to our room. There was a large hole in the bed, like it was broken. Next, the shower leaked and water got all over the floor, spider webs on floor in bathroom like they dont mop. The couch and foot stools looked so wore out, rust on the doorway in bathroom, weird crawly bug in shower right when i got there, and the hair dryer had been removed. I voiced my complaints to the front desk several times, they did not care. I will not stay here again. There are not very many options in Haveloc NC, will stay in neighboring town next time.

Ami, the front desk assistant, was absolutely amazing! She was a true gem making a long 6 hour drive there great with the smooth check-in process and her wonderful hospitality! Ms. Ami was top notch awesome! She is a star asset to this hotel!
