Staff were wonderful, friendly and competent. Bathroom needed a little attention with a slow-draining sink and a leaky shower, but those were small concerns. We had a good time here.

We got there late for check-in; Rhonda was great! Cheerful and knowledgeable. It is nice to see someone cheerful these days, customer service isn't what it use to be. We only stayed one night so we didn't experience much else around the hotel.

Conveniently located, the structure seemed to be modern. I liked the layout of the room. Cleaning was not acceptable with dried puke and body hair one sheets with the bed made, clerk seemed to find it humourus when we complained.

Don't like a barking dog waking from a deep sleep.Did not realize dogs were allowed. To be clear I'm not talking about service dogs because are they trained. This was a pet running around.

Customer service was wonderful 😊 check in was easy and efficient. Breakfast was great full breakfast bar, fresh fruit etc . We were in town for MSU graduation and this was close and convenient. Kids loved the pool

Clean and Spacious
The room is huge with counters and surfaces to deposit the accumulations of travel. There is even a comfortable settee with a projecting table to set snacks and drinks on. The king size bed proved to be a wonderful niche for sleeping.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good (pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, packages pastries and cereals). Room seemed to be generally clean, aside from some stains and dirt in the bathroom tiles, and it smelled funny (maybe from pets). AC wasn’t very good, so the room was a bit warm. But the price wasn’t bad. Good place to stop with pets.
