I wouldn't stay in this filthy hotel again if you gave me a free room and paid me to stay in it. The whole place smells musty and dingy then the lady in charge forced her way into my room and proceeded to video my naked wife with her cell phone and then threatened to fight my wife and cussed a blue streak. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen. The cops told us it has the worst reputation in town.

Our room had burnt-out bulbs, broken light fixtures and was not prepared lacking towels, Kleenex, and shampoo. Stains on the thin bed covers. Beds are aged but functional.

When I arrived in the hotel room the blankets, pillows, and sheets were all over the floor, last occupants trash filled the trash cans and was on table. All I had to sleep with was one pillow and a sheet still on the bed. And I promise you Red Roof Inn DOES NOT CARE! They will not help you in anyway. Do not stay at here!

The mattresses were broken down. There were reddish brown stains on the linens. There was only one bath towel in a room meant for two people, and there were yellow stains on that one. The peep hole cover was gone and the hole plugged with toilet paper. The microwave didn’t work. The WiFi worked (poorly) for maybe an hour and then not at all for my entire stay. There was no way to turn down the shower temperature, so the water was too hot to stand in. If I could offer any advice, it would be to not stay here. The price certain doesn’t justify the conditions.

Roaches the jetted tub was nasty dirty missing tile. Burnt wholes on the comforter couldn’t get the door key to work. Was moved to another room which had more Roaches.

The dresser drawers had food in them from previous guest. Ketchup on walls, roaches, no remote, no cord on phone. It wax the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could get my money back, I would.

The actual hotel was very run down. Stains lined the hallway carpets and mold seemed to drip from the ceilings. Security is a huge concern because outside doors had broken key card locks so access was open to anyone. Door locks were hanging off and the door to the furnace room was completely off the hinges and leaned against the interior wall exposing the room. Deplorable smell of dog in our room. Only 1 set of towels and no toiletries were provided for our double occupancy 2 queen bed room. We were missing: smoke detector, wall mounted hair dryer, hangers, iron, 'do not disturb' door hanger. Not that that mattered much because the room wasn't serviced during our 2 day stay. Breakfast consisted of packaged donuts or packaged mini muffins and coffee only. No juice or tea and not restocked so wasn't always even available.

Only reason I give 2 stars is staff was nice , the property is in bad shape, first room no remote hole in wall , no towels, door at one time been kicked in , commode was stop up , sent me to new room , not much better, cockroach in bath room and mold around bottom of shower. Let me preface by stating that the two women who checked us in were very professional, efficient and friendly!!! The even helped us with our bags.
Other than that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was filthy, the room smelled of mole, the pool was closed even though they still advertised it in the front parking lot, the ice machine was broken, the TV did not work. Fortunately the maintenance man fixed the TV. This was really sad because we have stayed in Red Roof Inns before and found them quite nice. I really feel sorry for the staff who work at this awful hotel.

I could not stay at the property at took pictures of conditions I would not have believed if I had not seen. Fire alarm ripped out of the ceiling, wires exposed. Air Conditioning unit with a broken face plate and dirt and debris in it,…This place is scary, I felt stupid for even checking the room. Hazard. Avoid.

Friendly check in. No mirror in the bathroom and spackling on the bathroom walls. Looked like they were working on the room. Only 1 set of towels in a room with 2 Q beds. Only sheets with 1 thin cover on the beds. No quilt. Had to turn on the heater in June in the South. In the morning, coffee was set up but no breakfast at 8 am on a Thursday. Saw a cockroach on the wall while we were packing up to check out of our room. EW!!! Third fail for me on a Red Roof. Last chance at me ever stayin at one.

I would not recommend this location. Our room had a hole in the wall, missing alarms, the phone was missing buttons, tile was off the bathroom area and just sitting in the floor. We was not able to use the mini fridge due to an odor that made us want to throw up. I reported it to the staff and they said they would come change it but never did.

When I checked in, the attendant handed me a single towel set and explained I'd have to come back for the rest since they were waiting for laundry. Got to the room and discovered it was also missing pillowcases---and soap. I think the housecleaning service must have called in sick and the one attendant was trying to catch up on things. Did my part to squash several small cockroaches. Breakfast was disappointing—small packages of mini donuts or mini muffins.

From the tweakers begging for cigarettes to the hallway noise at all hours of the day and night, this stay just offered surprise after surprise. We chose this hotel for affordability and because they had a pool. That was the only thing we really wanted...a pool. We didnt find out that the Health Department shut down the pool until after we paid and checked in.
The lampshades were cracked and broken and there were uncovered outlets. There was no toilet paper holder and the room only had one towel and washcloth. The elevator sounds like it is going to plunge you to yoir death at any moment.
Overall, the place is shabby and looks like its been neglected for years. The "free breakfast" consists of packages of mini powdered donuts and coffee.
This is NOT a vacation destination.

Pool out of order, light bulbs missing/burned out, no continental breakfast as stated, toilet base cracked, had to ask for towels, very poor fitting linens, bathroom vent falling off and filthy.

This hotel is DISGUSTING!!! When we arrived the lady at the front desk informed me “your room should be clean and bug free because it is at the end of the hallway from the other rooms” I instantly felt scared of what I was about to walk into. When we were getting off the elevator to go to our room there was roaches crawling up and down the hallway walls. We got in our room and thankfully it was bug free. But they only gave us ONE towel in our room. I went to the desk to ask for more and they informed me that they didn’t have any. The beds were so uncomfortable and it’s just sheets, no comforter. The rooms and halls smell like mold and bleach. We only booked this room because it was cheap and only needed for a few hours, but I’d recommend spending a little extra money and going somewhere else! Also not to mention the lady at the front desk was so high out of her mind that it took one of my friends an hour just to get a room and he had to clean it himself!

Our room had at least 3 electrical code violations -- appliance boxes open - requires cover plate. Especially in bathroom. Toilet was not properly fastened to floor. Nor was it correctly calked to prevent it from leaking out from under the toilet. Linens in bathroom were soiled.
