Hotel mission is great if you want to visit downtown Morelia and enjoy great food in the many restaurants around the hotel. The place is safe and quiet

There were stains on the bed cover, pillows, and headboard. The lady who checked us in was a bit passive aggressive. The room she ended up assigning me didn’t have elevator access.

This hotel is a pleasant hotel, comfortable beds. The only this I really dont like is there strict adherence to not being able to check in prior 3pm. Showers had great pressure, but would oscillate from cold, to very hot...Over all, a comfortable and convenient hotel for tourist type activities. Lots of transportation options near by.

The 16th century building is beautiful & right in the heart of the historic downtown. We chose an interior room, so no windows…but very quiet & it had both A/C and excellent ceiling fans. The room was very clean & perfect for our needs. There’s a restaurant/bar on the top floor with an excellent view of the cathedral & main plaza.

My room was fine, but three friends in other rooms had to change rooms because of non-functional air conditioning, complicates by the fact that opening windows made things worse because of traffic noise all night.

This property is fantastic, across the street is the cathedral and a beautiful town square, take some time and enjoy the offerings by many of the areas locals that perform on the square.

Very nice property, only thing missing was AC. Room was too hot but all else is oerfect and it's right in the heart of downtown.

This property is beautiful. However, though their rooms are advertised to have AC not all do. The man in reception (dark hair and glasses) has horrible customer service and was clearly elitist! He was very short and questions seemed to bother him. Unless you are white American or appear to be “high class”, do not expect good service. The man also decided to “reserve” a taxi for our (2 women) 2am check out, when I did not request it. Rather than courteous and it being a great customer service act, it was suspicious and creepy. Honestly, it’s amazingly located and so aesthetically pleasing, but staff needs serious improvement.
