Staff was very nice. Place offered lots of flexibility and support for anything needed. Dining options were great and food was good too. They have excellent staff. Thank you all for the attention my family received. I will be back!

I've stayed at this location 3 times and will continue to stay here. They have safe taxi drivers to take you and pick you up whenever. They can also pick up food for you and will bring to your room. Across the street is a pharmacy. The hotel grounds are peaceful and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Nothing but good things to say.

Muy mala atención, reservé 3 recámaras por el mismo precio y una de ellas fue en el sótano, fuga en el lavabo, sin closet. Cobran 350 pesos por check in un par de horas antes. No brindaron ninguna solución a las quejas, argumentando que es domingo y no había gerente.

En general bien el hotel, solamente que dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado en la madrugada, lo reportamos por la mañana y una hora después estaba funcionando.

Great start, disappointing in the end
The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They took note of our requests The property overall was in good conditions. We never expected that the way the hotel is built, creates an echo fron the noise of ALL rooms. Doors opening and closing, and people arriving and leaving late at night and early morning. On top of that, the bed was in horrible conditions. My back hurt the next day. Hence I barely slept. It is a shame, given the staff, the conditions of the property and its location. However, I don't think I'd stay there again if I wanted a good night sleep.

El staff es muy amable y te hacen sentir muy cómodo. Excelente servicio. Muy buena ubicación si traes vehículo. Todo muy limpio y pese a estar sobre una avenida transitada, es un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso.

We love to stay in this hotel. The location is perfect where you have many restaurants and shops. The cleanliness is outstanding and the staff is incredibly nice.

The property was beautiful and clean. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room service did great cleaning our room daily which is a must with babies. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again when i travel back to Cuernavaca.

The restaurant staff, specially Alberto and Tomas made our stay a thousand times better. The ballet parking and security staff were also really nice and polite. Positive things The hotel is in a good location, feels safe and was really clean. Not so positive things Pool was not heated as advertised The hot tub was never hot, just warm Gym is super basic and you have to call the staff to let them know you will use it or the lights are off and/or door is closed Spa and salon are rarely open and front desk don’t have basic information You have to ask for basic things like pool towels, hairdryer and iron at the front desk and they will take them away without telling you if other rooms request them because they don’t have enough for everyone. The rooms are a bit outdated, not cozy at all (no side lamps, noisy AC, broken light in bathroom, dingy towels) Guests were not polite. They showed up at 3 am and slammed doors, were loud, etc. We booked our hotel late in the season so we didn’t have too many options. We knew this was going to be an interesting stay and we were not wrong. Would I recommend this hotel or stay there again, not really. The owners should paid attention to details, charge a bit more, support their great staff by giving them the resources they need to do the amazing job they want to do and this place could become a cute boutique hotel in a great location.
