The hotel is not friendly, they asked me twhat move my cars because they were not perfectly aligned... the room had a lot of signs telling you that they would charge the towels if you used them to clean shoes, don’t make noise, etc made me feel scolded con nstantly!!!

Quiet and friendly hotel to relax!
Located in the beautiful Tepoztlan valley, this simple but clean and friendly hotel is a nice choice for a few days of relax and enjoy the magic of Tepoztlan. The rooms were clean, as well as the pool, and the staff is nice and friendly.

Lovely garden a little out of the way
Charming, simple and quiet with a lovely garden. A little removed from the downtown. Phone listed does not ring to the hotel which makes finding it mire difficult.

Not a 4 star hotel!!!! Do not be misled!
This hotel was rated 4 stars. It is DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel by American standards. I don't particularly think the hotel was terrible I just don't appreciate being misled. According to hotel.com's own site 4-star hotels are the Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton - this hotel was not even remotely close to either of those. I believe the hallmark of a good hotel is how well you can sleep. The hotel was old which can be overlooked but the bed was also old and extremely uncomfortable which is the biggest problem. That and sleeping in on a Saturday is impossible because the grounds staff was sweeping and loudly dragging/stacking pool furniture at 8am. Since all the rooms face the courtyard with the pool this made for a loud Saturday morning with no sleep. Other than that the staff was nice and the room was clean. Probably comparable to a Comfort Inn built in the early 80s (hardly 4 stars) maybe 2.5 stars. I certainly wouldn't recommend paying more than $70usd/night for this place. Even that I would say is a lot but might be worth it because hotels in Tepozlan tend to be pricey. The hotel is not walking distance to the center but cabs are cheap and easily available. But If I go back I wouldn't stay there again, I'd try a different place. A goods night sleep is important!

La propiedad es muy bonita, la limpieza de el baño es muy mala, tenía cabellos el azulejo, el lavabo estaba tapado, las toallas manchadas, la alberca descuidada con insectos dentro de ella, he inclusive había un alacrán en la habitación. El desayuno en el hotel regular ya qué en un platillo los frijoles estaban echados a perder y olían muy mal. Más sin embargo la atención de el personal es muy BUENA, auxiliando en todo momento.

El hotel está muy descuidado, los muebles de las habitaciones están viejos, el agua de las regaderas sale muy mal. En general el hotel no se ve cómo las fotos, nos deja mucho que desear y es un lugar al cual no volveríamos ni recomendaríamos. La comida la piden, no preparan todo ahí.

La sabana estuvo sucia, casi me vomito. la regadera no tiene presión, y tapada por lo que aventaba para todos lados menos al centro. me fuí una noche antes.

Malísimo hotel. No entra luz en las habitaciones, colchones en pésimas condiciones por lo que NO se puede descansar. Hongos en la ducha. No hay wifi ni llega el 3G. Muy lejos de todo. No vale ni la mitad de lo que cobran, carísimo para tan mal servicio.

Si buscas escapar de la ciudad, esta es una buena opcion. Cuartos limpios (sin TV), ducha caliente, tranquilo, practico, sin muchos ruidos exteriores. Ideal. Recomendable. Si buscas lujos, tal vez no sea tu opcion. A casi 2 km del centro de Tepoz.

Bajo nivel en servicios del hotel.

Hotel muy tranquilo.
Al hotel, le falta mucho mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Sin embargo, la actitud de servicio de todo el personal del hotel, es excelente. El costo es alto, para las condiciones. No hay televisión, ni teléfono en las habitaciones. La internet falla y no hay señal telefónica.

Para empezar ustedes me cobraron una caridad exagerada que yo pensé era menor es decir 2 mil y cacho por las dos habitaciones y luego salió una promoción de 700 pesos por noche un tercio de lo que pague por un hotel Malo feo sucio con personal grosero y un desayuno 20 pesos por eso creo son unos Ladrones y estoy pensando quejarme a profecp

Magia a buenísimo precio
Rica el agua de la alberca, está junto al río y esta limpísimo y suena hermoso...monismo hotelito, sonrientes todos y eficiente la comida y el servicio. Para comer a tres cuadras las catalinas es un jardinzazo, rico y nada caro, vista a las montañas a cielo abierto...así es Tepoz, mágico.

El servicio del personal fue excelente , muy atentos y ambles en todo momento. Los puntos a mejorar son el suministro de toallas y amenidades(shampo, jabon, etc. ) es muy escaso y mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones. El costo es alto teniendo en cuenta lo que incluye la habitacion (NO TV, No aire Acondicionado, etc..)
