“Surprisingly Good Stay!!!”

I have to say that my first time to use Expedia was a very pleasant one. You can never tell what the hotel will be like based on the images over the internet so I went with Sleep Inn & Suites with no great expectations. However much to my surprise the hotel was less than a month old and the only thing I suffered there was the smell of new paint ( a price I will pay anyday). The staff was very professional and friendly from the cleaning staff to the management staff and acted as if they had been in the hotel business for years. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel by location only - it was convenient to my work location and traveling supplies. The room was surprisingly comfortable and new-looking. The king-size bed was outstanding in comfort, and the room was large and well appointed. It only suffered from a few minor housekeeping oversights - the ice bucket had not been emptied and there was some trash left in the bathroom.The breakfast was limited to carbohydrates: waffles, muffins, cereal, etc. My stay was brief but satisfactory.

Desk Staff friendly and helpful. Major issue is that walls are very thin. Discourteous visitors are readily apparent. Physical plant is good. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Basic work out room. Very basic breakfast bar. Stands out from competition in the price range.

“AWFUL”

This was a awful experience. The staff was sitting outside on a bench smoking no one was at the desk upon checking in. Apparently a friend of one of the employees had dirty clothes he needed washing so they were brought to the wash area. The lobby was clean and so was the bed room however the bathroom was awful. The towels had holes in them and were dingy. The floor hadn't been cleaned . This hotel must be for offshore hands or gamblers from the casino close by. After speaking to people who had stayed prior their experience was disappointing also.
