“Definitely worth it”

Not the Ritz, but worth every penny of my $180 on Backyard Brawl weekend. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Free hot breakfast was a major perk! Only downfall was that there was no hotel shuttle.

First of all, we want everyone to know that we have consistently been very pleased with Expedia in every way. We chose this particular accomodation and booked with Expedia because of the proximity to intersecting highways and the knowledge that this would be a late arrival relevant to our travel plans. Secondly, we and our traveling companions are senior travelers and there were NO elevators on site to accomodate. We were greeted and assigned to a second floor room by a foreign attendant who was quite difficult to understand and communicate with. Even though it was a designated non-smoking area, cigarette smell was prevalent. The outside surrounding area was quite desolate although very convenient to intersecting highways. There was a very LIMITED continental breakfast not worth partaking. We have not stayed at a Comfort Inn in a very long time. If they are all run and maintained relevant to this one, we have no further desire to do business with such an entity. Overall, we were sincerely disappointed with our experience at this location. Had it not been so late in the evening upon our arrival, we would definitely have assumed the loss of prior scheduling and searched for a Hampton Inn or the like in which to stay overnite.

Our stay was great. It was convenient to alot of shopping and resturants.

We were in town for a wedding celebration. The hotel was conveniently located and suited the one night stay we needed perfectly.

“Quality Hotel for the price”

The hotel was clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. We were very late arivals, but they were welcoming and helpful at 2 am. The breakfast was nice, including Belgian waffles. Again, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is not the newest, nor the fanciest, but for the price it was quite nice, clean and comforable. We will stay there again.

“Not a pleasant experience”

Do not be deceived by the relatively tasteful pictures from the website. We arrived with two children, 12 bags, only to be placed on the second floor with no elevator service. Upon entering our room, we found two used Q-tips on the nightstand and urine on the toilet. The small room was rundown and poorly serviced. Front desk service attended to our needs immediately, but I would never stay at this Comfort Inn again.

There are many other options in the area. I was surprised to see laundry being folded in the lobby area near the fireplace? Unfortunately the place is run down! Not worth the rate charged.
