why I will tell everyone about my terrible stay!Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: read the above!
Cons: Lower your price, so people will know what a "flea bag " you run.
Tried to put us, my 87yr old mother and myself, on the second floor, after I had called to request a ground floor. 2. put us in a room where the carpets were soaked. 3. the next room, had a bashed in micro wave, sheets with holes in them and didn't fit the bed! This was about 9pm, we are tired and arguing with the desk clerk is beyond me at this point. The sewer smell from the first room was digusting. As I have friends involved in the Chamber of Commerce in Moriarty , I will let them know of my most miserable stay at your hotel.

Older hotelPosted Feb 24, 2015 on Hotels
Old hotel, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, but hotel smelled bad. Smoke, some weird kind of food smells. Cheap sheets, towels and bathroom products.

exceeded my expectationsPosted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels
This was a last minute trip that occurred during the largest balloon festival in the US and after the flight we had it was such a relief to be able to come in to our room and it be more than we expected.

Hotel is out of date looks as if it hasnt been remolded since it opened. Staff was rude. We had been traveling needed a place to sleep not attitude. We left in the middle of the night and was treated as a leper like something was wrong with us.

Very helpful due to my needsPosted Sep 26, 2014 on Hotels
The lady at check in changed my room assignment due to my trouble using the stairs. She was very helpful because of my needs. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Booking IssuesPosted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels
Room was basic and clean. When we got there the front desk didn't have the reservation I had made through Hotels.com. I think the issue was actually on the Hotels.com end not the hotel, but regardless, the woman at the front desk was not helpful in figuring it out and I had to spend 20 minute on the phone with Hotels.com before it was sorted out. Breakfast in the morning was weak coffee and some coffee cake that was so full of preservatives there's no telling how old it was.
