Staff only made the beds once in a three night stay. Asked to see the manager and he was away and not at work. I left a phone number to be contacted at and no call.

Comfortable 3 night stay. Only one complaint - Comforters on bed noisy when used during the night. Everything else above our expectations!

Family stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was more than sufficient. There is renovation at this hotel, but it wasn't THAT noticeable. We would stay there again if we needed to do so. The only thing we didn't like was Hotels.com charging our card before our stay without making us aware of that policy.

Most of everything was ok, except the sofa was way too old and the air conditioner was so noisy!

I have been disappointed with the last few Comfort Inns that I have stayed at. The room did not smell clean and the carpets did not look clean throughout the hotel. The breakfast was a joke and might as well have left off. The whole chain needs to bring back their standards.
