Never againPosted Jan 13, 2014
We showed up and asked about nearby places and was told they didnt know the area. Went to shower and there was hair from previous occupant in there for our entire stay, it never got cleaned during our 5 day stay. The king bed was horribly flat and had 2 twin box springs underneath. On our third day, the cleaning crew came in and found a pair of underwear from a previous party and put it on the night stand! When I told the front desk staff about it, they argued with me and told me we needed to clean up our garments. The internet was horrible. It continuously cut out and when I called the front desk for the third time they told me they would reset it and then hung up on me. We have stayed here before but will never do it again.

Nice place for the pricePosted Dec 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was easy to access the highway once I left but I had to do a u-turn to get to the hotel. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful!

Not a place I would stay againPosted Sep 4, 2013
Cons: Cleaner rooms
Location: Close to interstate and shopping close by
The room was hotter than outside when we got there, no one had turned on air conditioner, and the room smelled. It looked clean enough, but I felt it was dirty, just something about it made it feel unclean. You could not turn off air conditioner because room would begin to smell again. I would not stay there again, nor could I recommend anyone to stay there.

okay for late noticePosted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
We made last min decision to get away for a night.....it was a decent price and close. But the air didn't work well and was pretty loud kicking off and on all night. The mini fridge didn't keep any drinks cold unless it was in the "freezer part of it.and the mirror light kept going off and on for no reason..at least it was clean and quiet.

It's a decent place to stay for a nightPosted Aug 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
There is not a whole bunch to say about this place. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean, but there was not a lot of attention to detail in the cleaning (i.e. backs of doors, ceilings, etc. were dirty). The service was very good at check-in, but a later visit to the office proved a little less friendly. The hotel is in pretty good repair, but it is definitely showing its age. It was extremely convenient to our event at Cherokee Park (East Tennessee State Fair). And, the pool was exceptionally clean and undoubtedly the nicest part of the property.

PoorPosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was run down and outdated. There was definitely a lack of cleanliness. Wouldn't recommended it to an enemy even.
