Pros: clerks were pleasant
Cons: a bucket of hot soapy water and elbow grease would cure most problems.
Location: location great,easy in and easy out
filthy woodwork,doors and baseboards...no towels or wash cloths,missing parts on coffee maker.tv cable falling off the tv

Pros: all 3 clerks were very friendly and smiling,even when I complained to them.
Cons: a bucket of hot,soapy water and elbow grease would cure their problems.
Location: Location was easy in and out,...easy to find
tv does not work.... missing parts on coffee pot....no towels or wash clothes...baseboards and woodwork on doors and frames and carpet...musty smelling

Pros: We did not like anything about the hotel.
Cons: Replace... The old stained pillows, dirty tub, towels, space in door jam and wall to outside parking lot. Dirty smelly carpet and paint dirty walls.
Location: Not much to do and location not convenient. About an hour and half from Bristol Raceway
The first night we checked in, our room smelled like cat pee. There were dryer sheets stuck in the air conditioner to try and covered up the smell. I immediately asked for a different room. The second room was stained carpet and tub and just as bad. Upon sleeping I checked the bed covers. All of the pillows were old and dirty underneath the pillowcases. We had to use towels to cover up the pillows. We slept with our clothes on. I had informed the staff but nothing seemed to happen. I was booked for three nights but after two nights we had enough. We couldn't stay the third night. Our door to the outside parking lot didn't even seal all the way. I understand you get what you pay for but I expected a little more from Days Inn. Doesn't this company check these places to make sure they are clean and safe? It only makes Days Inn look bad. I travel a lot and will never stay at this brand of hotel again. And I was still charged full price for all three nights. We figured since both rooms were so dirty the pool was probably just as bad. We never even went near it.

the motel maid service was terrible they came in on sat took our towels left us with 1 towel for 2 people never made the beds never took out the trash office people were not there when i went to check out so i left n left them a note my room was already paid for so didnt need anything from them n they didt speak but little englis was not happy there would never go back there

To start off, we had stayed here multiple times and never had issues until this time. For starters, they never cleaned our room. They came in one time, exchanged the towels and partially made the bed but never even took out the completely full garbage. Just left us 2 garbage bags laying in the sink. 2nd, 3 out of 4 days, we had to get our room keys reprogrammed because we couldn't get in our room. Said their wi-fi kept messing up; and of course we couldn't get it to work on our mobile devices even though it said free wi-fi right on the sign. The toilet lid was broken completely off. And best of all, if u didn't shower in the am, you could forget a hot shower!! Couldn't even bring us toilet paper, had to walk down to the office to get it. We will not stay here again.

Hotel is fine for 1-2 Nights

Pros: Location.
Cons: Somewhat challenging to get in and out of (from the road). The overall condition is a but rundown and the rooms could be updated.
Location: Lakes, hiking, etc.
Hotel is fine -- thought a bit dated. It's clean but somewhat worn out. Don't count on the "free breakfast" -- not much there to choose from.
