“No elevator, no AC on.”

The AC was not on when we got to the room, and the carpet was torn loose from the edge at the Bathroom door. I steped on something very hard, almost stuck in my foot...near rip in the carpet. The room was small, but it served us well...once it got cool. No elevator. and the rest of the hotel was very warm, no AC on at all.

“Not impressed”

When we arrived at the hotel, no one was in the lobby to greet us. We had to go hunt down a staff member to get service. Then when we finally got checked in and went to our room, there was already some one in that room. After going back and forth with the desk lady and the cleaning lady we finally got a room. We were not impressed with the service.

“Door Would Not Lock from Outside”

The bathtub stopper didn't work, and there was no way we could lock the door.... Room 252 except the chain and key near the top and only when we were inside.and no microwave in room. We asked for another room, but was told there was not another available. Price was all right, but I would recommend this hotel to a friend with reservations.
