Old and outdated

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Price, right off interstate.
Cons: Clean carpet in rooms.
We were traveling from Ohio to Myrtle Beach and needed a place to stay overnight. The hotel was right off the highway and easy to find. The carpet looked clean, but our socks got dirty walking on it. The rest of the hotel looked clean, bathrooms, bed, etc. The beds were comfortable.

Cheap Clean Comfortable

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Cheap.
An older motel with parking outside your room, door opening to the outside. The rooms are large, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, tv (cable), internet, ironing board and iron. Old old towels, but very comfortable beds. Found one bug on a counter; otherwise no other detrimental events. Because it was so cheap, I'd recommend it.

Main strip of Newport

We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and needed a cheap, small hotel room. You get what you pay for with this one. It was clean, smelled clean, motel style, and some amenities, like a fridge and stove. One nice surprise was that it is right on the highway so we walked to dinner. Location was great. The outside doesn't look the best and staff could stand to be friendlier. I would recommend to a friend.

OH MY!!

Glad this was cheap. It was not a nice place at all. We pre booked a 2 queen room, they gave us a King room instead. The couch was a disaster.

Pretty close to Gatlinburg, our destination

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Comfy beds, clean and neat.
Cons: Hotel could use a pool
Location: The location is about 40 minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It wasn't too far and wasn't filled with tourists. Very quiet and peaceful
Slept very well and was provided with comfort. The hotel was close to restaurants, gas stations, and the local ABC stores. We didn't have to look far for those luxeries. The drive to Gatlinburg from Newport was lovely. It was a little eventful at one point but other than that, no worries.

our family reunion

Location: the location was just right for us to meet and spend time together.
The people at this inn were so pleasant and helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to eat and made sure our rooms were just right.
