Don't Waste Your Money!

Cons: The whole place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt
To start they said I didn't have a reservation. Even with me proving my reservation with my Expedia conformations their response was "That's why you shouldn't book through them" I was there for a HUGE car show and knew finding another room would be near impossible. My reservation was finally found & we pulled around to our room. There was a GIANT sink hole in the middle of the parking lot you have to weave around cones to try to wedge your way into parking spots...when you're in a custom vehicle that's the last thing you want to deal with. We finally got parked and went to our room. The key did not work and the hotels response was to "jiggle it" because they key card doorknobs were "dated." It took several tries EVERY time we had to get into the room. Once in the room one of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom doorknob was broke, and there was hair in both the sink & tub area. The room is WAY outdated & the carpet was very dirty as well as most everything else. The air conditioner barely worked, it could hardly cool the room. Thankfully it wasn't the dead of summer. I also booked a non smoking room yet the room had obviously been a smoking room at some point. Even with the "smoking" sign being torn off the door and the ashtray in the room...the hotel still claimed it was a non smoking room. When we went to check out the hotel employee was outside on her cell phone smoking, we finally just laid the key on the counter and left. I would NEVER stay here again!

Bug in bath room. floor sticky by bed. mattress springs sticking up. Shower floor sounded like you were going to go though it

Pros: Staff was nice but that was about it.
Cons: Purchase new beds.
They must have purchased second hand bedding from someone it was completely worn out I thought I was going to be laying on the floor.

Everything was just OK, nothing special. Location is not the prettiest part of town (even for Morristown), and you can probably pay a little more somewhere and get a better value. I'd stay here again, but only if my options were severely limited.

Run down place

Room was run down (broken dresser, no table) and dirty (mold in bathtub, stains on walls). There was no hot water, and the coffee maker was missing the pot. Very poor quality room ! The Super8 on 25E is a MUCH nicer place. We've stayed at that one several times and have alwys been pleased. This one (Andrew Jackson Highway) is a mess !

The worst stay in a hotel I've ever experienced. The desk clerk was very nice, but that's the best I can say for it. The bathroom had mold/mildew around the bottom of toilet by floor, the bottom of was very very yellow (from age and shoddy cleaning I'm sure) and there was a metal bar on wall of tub that had mold at the two connectors. And that's just beginning. We had gone out and didn't return till about 11 pm and unfortunately the temp outside had dropped suddenly, so we were freezing...and we couldn't get our electric card key to work AT ALL! I took to front lobby and clerk scanned it--worked fine for him-- but he came and tried it at the door and still wouldn't work and instead of getting us a new key he used his and told us he'd be there all night if it continued and we went back out. Half the lights in the room didn't work, there was no iron as advertised, and instead of a fitted sheet on the bed there was a flat sheet which wasn't even tucked in! And the towels were stained. Absolutely awful experience...the only good things I can say about it was the location was convenient to where we wanted to be and the clerk was polite. Do not stay at this hotel!!

Helt forferdelig!! Skittent det verste hotellet jeg har vert på. Vi betalte alt for mye. Dårlig reklame for super 8.
