The clerk was very nice an presented herself well. Room was clean an bathing areas was very tidy. Very quiet, safe a pleasant atmosphere. Have stayed here on more than one occasion an it’s always pleasant. Thanks to all who make this happen.

It was absolutely awful. I WOULD not dare step on the carpet with bare feet. The couch was nasty, stained, it stunk and was held together by a zip tie. We took a sheet that we weren’t using and left the couch covered up the whole time we were there. There was mold around some of the caulking in the shower. It was horrible!!!!!!

The room with the waterfall!
Our room was equipped with a hot tub but when we walked in to the room we heard dripping. The ceiling from upstairs was seeping water down to our room. We could t stay in the room and the hotel was booked. I expected a full refund and initially he told me we would get half until my husband chimed in. We got a full refund but there were very few hotels available so we had to spend a lot more money on a new hotel. I will never book a super 8 again. They are horribly maintained.

It was the floor, and the hotel was dirty and needed, vacuuming, and it had been no elevator. The bathrooms were not as clean as they could be and one tiny bar of soap we will not stay again.

First, we booked a double room and received a suite, which was fine but it did not accommodate my family of 4. The first room smelled better than the second one. The second room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The stairwell smelled of smoke and the hotel is extremely out of date. The linens were dingy, wore out and had stains ( of blood and other bodily fluids.) My husband even saw ROACHES this morning. We immediately left. We stayed at a super 8 in Jackson and it was clean and cute. This hotel sucks

Non smoking room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I slept with a jacket over my head the first night. Woke up to roaches crawling out from under the bath mat in the bathtub. I think that about sums it up.

I booked the only available room showing at the time of booking and didn’t notice it was a smoking room. I didn’t know hotels still allowed smoking in rooms so because I arrived at 2 am due to construction and traffic during my 7 hour drive I said ok. On top of the room smelling horrible it was filthy the floors hadn’t been vacuumed nor the counters cleaned. I checked the bed and the sheets seemed clean so I took the 70’s bedding off which had stains all over it and used my own blanket to just get some sleep. I woke up early Saturday and seen roaches coming out of my food bag which only had bananas and oranges in them so I threw them away checked out and got a different room. This room cost too much for what I was given. Also the next day they offered the same room to my daughters friends mom which she refused to stay in it and got a totally different room. Maybe I got a bad room I’m not sure but I will not stay here again if that’s the kind of room you give to someone.

It smelled like marijuana the toilet shook felt like you were gonna fall off the room had dust the guy at the desk wasn’t friendly we checked in and left came back late and found the hotel like this didn’t ask for another room because of being late the smell was in the hallway too

The man at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming. Room had hardly been cleaned, if at all. Was told the Continental breakfast would include bagels and juice but found only granola bars and cheap muffins.

Disc golf tournament stay
We stayed 3 nights. We were there for the disc golf tournament. The service was good, the rooms were clean, the front desk manager was a little intense but the room did have a funky smell. The price was good and it was between all the parks. I’d stay again.
