“Hotel Sierra (king suite)”

Overall, everything was great. The rooms were clean and staff was very responsive. My only problem was my reservation said in room DVD player. We have an 11 year old and brought movies with us. The staff had no idea and said DVD players were never in rooms. After further communication with the manager, Hotel Sierra was recently bought by Hyatt and in room DVD players are part of Hyatt but had not been installed yet. Basically, they just said "sorry" and didn't offer anything else. That said, they still had breakfast available on Christmas Day, the room was awesome overall and I would stay there again.

“Very nice stay!”

The hotel was fantastic. I heard someone say that it was 3 years old and it seemed new. The free breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs and sausage was great. They even offered omelettes made to order as well as many other items. My only complaint was that the room (with 1 king and a sofa bed) wasn't as big as pictured. When we folded out the sofa bed, there was about 6 feet between it and the king bed. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were great.The tv was a huge HD tv. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our recent stay at Hotel Sierra was incredible. The rooms were large and extremely clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel I had ever stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

“Best Hotel near the Airport!”

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left everything was perfect. The hotel and room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen area I did not use due to staying just one night. However, it was equipped with a sink, full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top, and a dishwasher. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best complimentary breakfast was served the next morning. A variety of items were offered, from dry cereal, to eggs & sausage, to muffins, etc. Check out was also quick and easy. I will definitely put the hotel at the top of my list for future visits!!!

“AMAZING Bed”

I would go back to this hotel just for the super comfy bed. Trying to find out online what kind of bedding they use. It is AMAZING, best sleep in a long time. The rooms were fantastic with kitchenette and sitting area. I could have stayed for a week and not left the room. Complimentary breakfast was also great.

“Absolutely Wonderful”

Brand new hotel with the lowest rates around. It seemed more like a 4 star than a 3 star. Great breakfast buffet and beautiful fireplace in the lobby with a free billiard table next to it.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean. Easy access from the interstate (one exit south on I- 540 from the I-40 / I-540 interchange. Pleasant desk staff. Plenty of parking and nicely appointed rooms. I've stayed at two Hotel Sierra's (NY and NC) both have exceeded the norm.
