The property smelled like cigarettes and marijuana every night. The toilet in our room had dried urine on the base of the toilet. When we asked for it to be cleaned, it was still there. Some of the staff was rude; however, Miss Val and Miss Jenell were absolutely phenomenal!! The back door to the property wasn't locked and it is broken. Anyone can enter the property. It's definitely not safe!! The list can go on and on with the issues; however, I'll stop there. They should consider heavily doing some deep and extensive remodeling or condemning and starting over!! First and last time visiting the property. It's definitely an older property.

The hotel room was decent, however sheets were not the cleanest. Appeared to be old stains. Overlooked the issues until we saw a cockroach crawling in the room. That was my last straw. I will not be staying at this hotel nor will I ever recommend.

Nice hotel
Was good. Desk attendants were nice. Room was nice and big bed was comfortable. My recommendations - bathroom could have been more clean. Pillows are horrible!! They are small and uncomfortable.

The young lady who checked us in was the friendliest person I have met at a hotel in a while. It was almost midnight, she had a big line of people checking in and she was energetic and smiling at everyone! Good job staffing your desk!

Not sure how this place has an 8 rating on Expedia. The snell of chlorine isnalmost unbearable when you get into the lobby. The man at the desk was nice, a little belligerent towards the family ahead of us as they walked away, child was tired and crying. The room was gross. There was a giant ted stain on the floor in front of the pullout couch. We pulled the bedd out and it was littered with stains. There was a hair that seemed to be glued to the lamp on the desk. I have pictures of all of this, its not giving me the option to add them. One of us ended up with pink eye the next day and although we cant prove it cane from this hotel, were pretty sure it did. Wouldnt stay here again. There's a Drury Inn across the street that looked newer amd nicer. I'd go there if we came back through here againn

We stayed for three nights and four days. Enjoyed my room. A few minor things but nothing to complain about. The staff was very nice and the staff for breakfast kept everything stocked. We will be staying again when we are back in the area for Christmas.

All of your staff was polite. My room had several issues.The bed in the couch and the ironing board was broken and there was something in the freezer that looked like mold. I would have requested another room but we didn’t know the bed was broken until after we’d unpacked.

Front Desk staff was awesome! Room was clean! Breakfast was great! Only issue I had was the room door, it should be realigned or a door sweep should be added. The room door sits too high from the bottom sill which causes light from the hallway to shine into the room. So it was basically like I had a lamp on all night. Other than this issue, my stay was perfect!
