Adequate, great location

A perfectly adequate hotel, very convenient if passing through Atlanta and leaving to the south in the morning. The beds were comfortable. The heater/AC in the room did not work, but I did not address that with the staff since the weather was moderate. The breakfast was below par overall, with a very limited selection.

This hotel is good for those traveling on business who just want a comfortabe, clean, and convenient place to stay at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the simple complimentary breakfast was just enough. I would stay here again.

the worst night ever!!

1) Online description included fridge and microwave Which were not there. We counted on fridge for food storage on a long trip. 2) Bed was the worst ever in a comfort suite. Hard mattress resulted in poor sleep and much hip pain For both of us. 3) Toilet Was clogged and did not flush properly. 4) No Kleenex in room. 5) Even at 7 AM, there was hardly any Breakfast food. Watery eggs- pan nearly empty. Even when the worker walked by and saw this, he did not refill anything. No bananas; Only oranges and one apple. 6) Coffee and hot water barely lukewarm.

Warning, suites are not suites!

Pros: Not a lot. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast ....the sausage was floating in some sort of liquid. It appeared to have been boiled instead of fried. The bathroom ceiling had mold.
I paid for what I thought was a suite for my daughter, daughter-law and myself for two nights. I was shocked when I saw the room. A wall about as high as my hip separated the sofa from the beds. When I asked the staff about the room they told me that they could" get by calling it a suite because of the low wall"! The beds were comfortable, the shower had mold on the ceiling, and the breakfast was bad....I won't be staying here again. Sorry to have to complain.

Not So Good

I reserved a king and when I arrived they said all they had was a queen. The clerk said they would have saved a king if they knew we were coming . Really? I thought that was why we made a reservation. Compared to other breakfast programs it was about a 4. They were out of orange juice and milk. When I checked out the clerk gave me a copy of the receipt that must have been the hotels copy of the hotel.com receipt. The figures didn't match at all - when I questioned him. He didn't have a clue although I told him I had booked through hotels.com. This hotel was NOT worth what we paid.

Family Reunion

Pros: The location and price
Cons: Staff training in customer service
Location: the parks, malls, and historical monuments were all located nearby an visited by the family reunion members.
The stay was ok. The price was ok. The location was ideal to where all the activities and shopping areas were located. The front desk staff were disinterested in assisting with directions or any information. The front desk staff were more interested in playing games on the computer. They never even stood up when someone approached the desk, they just sat there and answered any questions with "I don't know". The towels provided to the room were unclean and still wet, not completely dried. When we requested more towels we wait almost 2 hours for delivery and the delivering person was extremely rude(but my husband corrected her attitude by reminding her that she was staff and we were the customers). She apologized and went out of her way to make the room and bathroom more accomadating. We have stayed at many comfort suites and this was the only time we were a disappointed in the staff's treatment of the visitors. Thank you for the interest in our stay at Comfort Suites.

I believe that this hotel is a little overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are clean and big which is a plus and some have updated tv's which is also nice, but the bed was a little lumpy and the black out drapes did not close completely which left little privacy (especially since I was on the ground floor!). I could barely get any cell phone service from inside the room and had to constantly walk out to the front lobby to get a connection. The staff seemed to constantly be having personal conversations on the phone and with other men just hanging around the desk. I think if I had to do it over and be in the area I would choose hampton inn (of equal price) over this hotel.
