I check out a hour after I checked in. The rooms are very dirty and nasty. Stuff on the walls, bathroom dirty, stains in the sink. There were roaches and ants in the room and the tv didn’t work. I asked to be moved to a cleaner and better room with a working tv and the second room wasn’t any better. I knew I couldn’t sleep there without getting bitten by a roach so I checked out and asked for a refund and wasn’t given one

Front desk person Allen was amazing. I was in town for a wedding rehearsal and arrived super late. This caused an issue with the reservation. Allen rectified the issue and was proactive throughout my stay.

Upon arrival after the bell was rung I stood in the front lobby and watched the hostess on her cell phone and watching tv until she was “startled” by me claiming not to see me, the room I reserved was not available so I had to not only pay extra but also had to pay a $30 deposit that was not mentioned when reservations were made. The male front desk worker with the long hair was rude and very unprofessional and the hounding for a review was uncalled for, this is my second time at this location and by far the worst and that’s just from the staff alone. Atleast the room was decent!

This hotel was super crowded. When I got to the room the shower curtain was missing it took forever to get one. The toilet would not flush The bath towels looked like they had been used very dingy with black stuff on them. The toilet seat looks horrible . The shower was leaking. I told myself it was good only one night so that I can rest before my flight the following day. I was checked in, but the last at the front didn't write my name in for that room as occupied. Key didn't work the first time, did the second. Doodoo paper on the toilet seat, dirty towel, cockroach on the floor, stains on the sheets, so I slept on the cover using the inside of my dress shirt as a cover to that my face didn't touch the bed. A couple hours later, the lady from the front desk barges in and says that she forgot to put my name down for that room as occupied. I asked her if housekeeping even cleaned the room and she said, yes, it was on their list. You get what you pay for, but next time around, I'm just going to spend more to get a better room.

I don’t want my name shown in public. The beds were not clean, so we had to buy the mattress protectors to cover all the beds, but my mom still got bites on the last night. The towels had the black spots that we had to buy and use our own towels. The rooms and bathrooms had bad smell.

Towels were stained with dirt and looked filthy. Bathroom floor was filthy. Floor made my socks dirty. Furniture was not appealing and didn't even want to lay my clothes on them. The only good aspect was the front desk lady was polite and friendly.

Terrible just Terrible
As i arrived at red roof there was alot of foot traffic going on not from house keeping. A ski masked man was watching me the entire time as i was trying to reach the office. The room was extremely hot the ac wasnt working correctly and the owner argued with me for telling her that i didnt feel comfortable at her establishment.
