“Great value, nice room”

This is a good hotel for a longer stay. The room was spacious and the kitchen area was clean and had great appliances. The staff is extremely helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location for shopping and restaurants as well.

“Great Value”

The employees were extremely nice and even other guests were helpful with directions and such. The value was great for what we needed. I have stayed at other Sunsuites and was expecting the kitchen to be a little larger and for the pots/pans to be in the room already, but it wasn't a problem to drop by the office to get them.

“Good experience”

The staff was very helpful and courteous and although I spent a considerable amount of time off the premises it was a good experience.My room was clean and the service was provided as needed.

“Very convenient”

It wasn't the best, but it served it's purpose for the price. The refrigerator was very convenient, but the mattress was thin as well as the pillows. I requested and was given extra pillows which helped a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient to restaurants and department stores.

Overall i was satisfied considering the price.

My stay at the hotel is so convenient because it is near the freeway and near the mall. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful. The room is so accomodating that as if I was in my own place (home).

“Plywood Beds”

Definitely very low end. The bed felt like sleeping on the floor. One of the hardest I've ever slept on. Can only recomend if economy is your hight priority.

“It was okay...but not the best”

The hotel was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The night staff was accomadating but the morning staff was quite grouchy. I am not sure if I would stay there again.

“I would recommend only based on your reason your heading that way.”

Since it is an extended stay, there is no housekeeping services on daily basis unless you request. Location is good, near shopping, cinema and places to eat. Had no problems with any other guest or neighborhood. My room door was a little "sticky", but did not feel that security was compromised. Not sure if I would stay again.

“It's OK”

My needs were met at this hotel. If you're not a fussy person, this is the hotel for you.
