“Great hotel!”

Hotel is really nice and very central. We could walk to all the main sights. If you are sorting out your own Visas, start early, as the hotel messed up the forms we needed several times! But overall, two thumbs up!

We stayed in the Marriott for one night as part of our trip to Moscow and St Petersburg. Although the hotel was tricky to find from the Expedia map (would recommend printing off a more detailed one), they were excellent. We arrived at 7am, they checked us in and we could go to our room (to our surprise!), the room was comfortable and had a great view of the city. Would definitely suggest this as you could easily walk to Red Sq or the metro for other sights.

Staff at the Marriott were beyond helpful. Not to mention, sights were well within walking distance. Could use in-room wifi, but hanging in the lobby wasn't that bad. Meals are pricey, but thats Moscow for ya!

“A weekend getaway in Moscow”

About 15 minutes walk away from Red Square, the hotel was well located. One minor problem with my room was sorted out quickly, efficiently, wordlessly and with a smile. Everything went smoothly with my stay - always a good sign I think.

“Probably the best Hotel in Moscow”

Everything about Courtyard Marriott was absolutely fantastic. It's almost brand new, stylish, clean but not to big, loud and glamorous as the usual 5 star suspects. True it could be nearer to a tube station but that's the beauty of it! With only 10 minutes walk down only one single street, it's literally opposite the Red Square whilst hidden in a quiet residential neighbourhood! I'd stay there anytime again and recommend it to every traveller.

“Convenient and friendly place to stay in Moscow centre”

Good hotel - doesn't look all that exciting from the outside but they made good use of the courtyards to add light to the rooms and reception area. Extremely helpful receptionist and customer services girl was very friendly . Arranged last minute tickets for the Bolshoi Ballet at about half the price of prebooking in the uk - well worth a visit for the experience. Quite a long walk (10-15 mins) to red square and a fair distance from any metro stations (about the same) Very comfortable and clean -roadhouse grill useful for snacks and easy meals -

“This hotel was a great choice”

The hotel was a great choice for me. Having never been in Moscow before I wanted to stay someplace that would be at least a little familiar. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were always there to answer any questions or give directions. The location of the hotel was another plus. It is situated in a nice, quiet area yet within walking distance of Red Square, the Kremlin and all the major downtown attractions as well as several Metro stations. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will stay in the same place the next time my travels take me to Moscow.

Book hotel before you travel and prepay through Expedia, our company currently has a corporate rate which was double the price we received through Expedia. Hotel usual Marriot excellent standard, and great location.

“Helpful Hotel”

The desk staff was very helpful. They worked to get us all checked in early ( a rarity in Europe). They helped us select a show to see and explained how to get there. the lobby is spacious, so it is easy to wait there until the whole party has gathered.
