QUITE HOTEL FOR BUSINESS TRIPPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: The stuff is different, difficulties to find a good stuff hotel in Moscow with 150$.
Cons: The hotel is not offering a wide space for restaurants and cafe, there is just one in the lobby
Location: The location is central in Moscow city, Sushevsky val is in Northern east of Moscow, but actualy you are 500 meters far away from 3rd ring.
The hotel is nice and new, so you could meet the suitable hotel for your business trip having every thing and paying a good price.

4 night stayPosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
no real faults. wifi in rooms would be a big plus and breakfast prices made us eat elsewhere.but staff helpful and friendly and hotel close to the awesome metro so getting around is simple.

Very good hotel if you don't try to eat in-housePosted May 28, 2013
Pros: Beds, shower, they were willing to loan umbrellas
Location: Across the street from a subway station, so convenient that way. Not near many restaurants, so inconvenient that way.
The hotel was fine except for two things. One, it would have been nice if they had warned us about the dangers of pickpockets in the Moscow subways. One of our party had his wallet picked. I had a very valuable wedding present removed from a zippered compartment of my packpack, and it was a family heirloom. We didn't feel a thing. People say that Moscow is safe because there is little violent crime, but there is a lot of expert stealing. Two, the hotel was not near any restaurants except for a Tibetian one, and the restaurant in the hotel was outrageously expensive. $50 for breakfast, and it was awful. We learned very quickly to eat elsewhere.

Excellent locationPosted Apr 4, 2013
Cons: Extra fees, deposits
Location: Right on the tube
The hotel is very well located- right next to the tube station yet it is not noisy at all. The room was in a very good condition and our service requests were attended to very quickly and efficiently. There were several things which came as a negative surprise though. The hotel is charging over 50% of the daily rate for early check in. I have asked for the room to be available at 7am on the arrival day and yet it took almost an hour for the room to be prepared after we arrived at around 9am. There is also a RUB5,000 deposit to use mini bar fridge (even without its content), which was not clearly stated by the hotel. Apart from these minor issues, the hotel is well worth a visit.

Exceptionally clean, very good value.Posted Apr 2, 2013
Location: Not central Moscow but 15-20 mins to Red Square/Kremlin etc and very close to the tube/metro.
You know what you get with Holiday Inn but this one was immaculate. Exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. Otherwise it was a Holiday Inn which was perfect for our needs. Close to the tube station and near a supermarket. For the money, very good.

Just outside the city centrePosted Mar 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel quality of service is spotless, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel at reception is friendly and helpful; a pity that just few people speak fluent English though. Surrounding neighbourhood is not what you would necessarily want to visit, but the metro station is right on the other side of the street and takes you right down to the city centre in about 5-7 minutes. Overall rating for a short staying is very good.

Unfriendly staffPosted Nov 8, 2012
Location: 5 minutes to subway
Staff at front desk is very unhelpful. WiFi is only free (and slow) in lobby. Rooms are fine, but overpriced. Location is five minute walk to subway.
