Excellent experience!Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location, class.
Cons: An in-house ATM and a swimming pool would be good, if technically feasible.
Location: Red Square, Tverskaya street.
Stay very good, and breakfeast exceptional, even better than expected: quality and variety of food exceptional, as was the service, so truly worth the price!

Perfect!Posted Jul 3, 2014
Great location. Impeccable service. Attentive, professional and knowledgeable staff! Totally recommend the place- Irina and Yulia on the concierge desk are extremely helpful. The older doorman is a gentleman. Unforgettable experience!

Excellent stay in central MoscowPosted Jun 20, 2014
A wonderful stay steeped in history. Located extremely near to malls, places of interest and even Starbucks! A great range of food at the breakfast buffet in the hotel. Nice view of Kremlin Square while having breakfast in the hotel.

Not a 5 starPosted May 29, 2014
Cons: Service and treatment
Seems like if you are not paying 20 thousand per night they won't treat you well. Room assigned was horrible.

Good experiencePosted Apr 22, 2014
Very nice clean delux room. Pricey but worth it. Very nice accommodating staff, fairly good breakfast included in the price. Great shower w/jacuzzi. We were given the option of the room facing the Red Square w/o jacuzzi or facing the court yard w/ jacuzzi we've selected the latter. You can't beat the location, it's just a few hundred yards away from the Red Square. Do not attend the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The food quality could be better overthere, and it is very pricey. There must be some other cheaper places around that area of Moscow. Overall good experience!

Great location, terrible breakfastPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Location, room
Location is outstanding and excellent choice for business traveller. Room very satisfactory and very clean (cleaned x3 times a day!). It's a pity that the breakfast wasn't better, the nice view from the breakfast room wasn't adequate compensation for the sad collection of cheap ham, cheese, over-cooked eggs and palm-oil danish pastries

Great location overlooking famous Red Sq CathedralPosted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, opulence, character, gym, club sandwiches!
Cons: Restaurant dining needs a drastic makeover. The menu looks great but the food is quite poor.
Location: Close to prominent attractions and subway network. Good eat out options all around.
What a lovely welcoming hotel. Great attentive staff and excellent facilities. The rooms are grand as you would expect and well maintained. I would not speak highly of the apparent Michelin stared chef. The quality of the food was probably three star at very best. This was a problem considering for two people a meal with wine will set you back near £200. However, there are plenty of places to eat nearby at great prices and many have local cuisine options. I would recommend Hotel National.

Awesome!!!Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location!!! The view from my room every single morning and before I went to sleep!!! Pay the extra bucks and stay in Kremlin view.
Cons: Hate to be negative, at all, but, do not eat at the "Italian" restaurant..unfriendly staff, outrageous price, terrible food. Russian restaurant good!!
Location: ...again, Location, Location, LOCATION!!! Woke up looking at the amazing view that is "Red Square", each morning, surreal!!!
Spent 3 nights here following the Olympics...absolutely, awesome!!! Concierge staff scored us last minute tickets to the Bolshoi Ballet for a matinee performance which made the trip for me!!! The hotel is a romantic glimpse into what I imagine "old school" Moscow may have been. In fact, I was waiting and watching for Dr Zhivago to round the corner any moment searching for Laura, hahahahaha. Seriously, cool!!!
