“Pleasantly surprised”

This hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and its staff appear to be trained in hospitality to a very high standard, for this reason the hotel stands out from others in its class and is friendlier than some of the five star hotels in Moscow. The hotel is located in a suburb but conveniently situated close to the Metro station

“Defintely excellent value”

Everything good others said was true. The hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was good and generous. It is very close to the metro, the daily replenished refrigerator in the room was very nice..as were the apples. The sauna and steam bath were lovely and hot. I would recommend it highly

“One of the best”

I stayed in Moscow hotels many times. This was the best of all in my experience. Although slightly away from the city center, it was not a disadvantage because of easy, short access to the metro. This hotel's physical amenities are beyond expectations. Everything is superbly clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the reception area is outstanding. Daily newspapers are provided in the lobby, and the restaurant provides a wide-range of outstanding meals and snacks. Particularly pleasing was the emphasis on the traditional Russian cuisine. The service matches the best quality restaurants. The access to the hotel from the main street is in progress because pipe works outside of the hotel are presently being finished. The free mini bar provides fresh water each day. The positive and not very common in other hotels is the safe deposit box free of charge. Access to the computers was easy although it wouldn't hurt to add two more terminals. It was a pleasant experience of an outstanding hotel in Moscow, which exceeds most other European hotels. Congratulations to the management.

“If you can find it, you'll like it.”

Probably it'll easier to find when the lobby area is completed, but we had to find a tiny back door. No sign on the hotel except "HOTEL". But it's close to transport, stores, etc, and we got around very easily. I'd stay again, because if it was this comfortable under construction, seems like it would be really terrific the rest of the time.

“Veru good deal for Moscow”

It's the perfect place I was surprised with excellent kind of service,professional staff, wonderful "all-you can eat breakfast", few minutes to Moscow Metro station. I would be glad to stay there again !

“Would Stay Again”

This place is in south central Moscow with a Metro station 5 minute walk away. It is about the same distance from a semi open air market and a super market. The hotel staff was very friendly and many could speak English. Fresh fruit is always available (apples, oranges), the mini bar is free and restocked daily (beer, water, snacks). The free breakfast is fantastic! Certain meals were available 24 hours a day. About 25 minutes from Red Square by Metro and a short walk.

“Great hote with excellent breakfast”

The hotel is far from downtown but only 1 block to the metro station. We arrived early by 10 am and they gave us the room right away. People at the hotel spoke English well. Don't expect that people in Moscow speak any English. Understanding he subway is challenging at first. A tip is to learn to compare the cirilic (Russian characters) to what's written on your metro map. Be aware the credit cards are not accepted in all places. The hotel is easy to find. They give you a free minibar with water, drinking tap water in Russia is not advised. The best of all is the wonderful breakfast. Very abundant and nice variety. I would go bck to that hotel for sure.

“THIS COULD BE THE BEST HOTEL EVER....”

As a visitor to Russia who can not speak a work of Russian, my stay was perfect. Everything was done for me you could ask for. The room was clean and quite. The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The price could not be beat any where close. Very close to the Metro Line and bus service. The breakfast was great everyday, and the resturant open around the clock which is great since my clock was off by about 10 hours. They have everything from basic to really great food. They even aranged a taxi pick up for me to get back to the airport, at 3am in the snow and -23 degs., the price was given to me was the price I was charged. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT EVER!

Really near from metro station, very new and comfortable all the facilities
