Last weekend I spent in your hotel and had a lot of fun. I'll start with the room, there was everything necessary for body and soul, just to relax and hygiene, clean and gently. Attendants were at the highest level, people were friendly, calm, and even anticipate your dreams. On breakfast was everything for your taste. I visited a Balinese massage and it was fantastic. It was nice that she quickly understood my needs and with a set of words and gestures we could understand each other. I masseur and want to note that the beautician and massage had been done correctly, professionally, gently, without touching the problem areas. I can tell you 100% The Lotte hotel is the greatest place to stay in Moscow! The hotel has a great location in business city centre near my favorite street in Moscow Arbat with its small cafes, homely restaurants and souvenir shops. Entering in this hotel at once you forgot about noisy streets, cars, traffic jams and falling into the luxuriously shining and the same time quiet homely Lobby. You can only imagine smiling and friendly persons everywhere you go! You can even feel like you are in Asia with its famous traditions of service. Guys at front desk did all their best to make our stay as good as it could be, great job! And I definitely want to share with all of you the impressions about our room! Atrium – that is the name of the room, is the most unique and beautiful room I’ve ever been in! Only black and white colors – just fabulous! Great choice if you want to spend a peaceful evening with your life partner. But the most remarkable impression is concerning breakfast in Les Menus restaurant! What would you like to have for breakfast? They have it all. Even more! Red caviar with pancakes, jamón, fresh squeezed juices, freshly baked cakes, fruits from all over the world it is very easy to get used to this luxury!
