“Affordable price AND great service”

This was my second visit to Moscow, so I knew a little what to expect when it comes to finding a hotel on a budget. I'm a 30 year actor who has spent many years living in hotels while on tour. I was completely blown away by the customer service and quality of this hotel. The staff where all so nice, and spoke excellent English. You get so much bang for your buck here. There big down side that all people should be aware of is location: you are not staying on Red Square. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the Metro and a good 6 stops from downtown. I did not mind at all the commune (being from New York City). But travelers with children might. That said, I would definitely stay here again.

“One of Moscow's secrets”

This is my third stay in this hotel, and I am very pleased. The restaraunt offers a good selection, the breakfast is very healthy and filling, and the staff all seem to put the guests first.

“Suburban location convenient to heart of Moscow”

It is a convenient hotel in a park setting near the Moscow metro and just a few stops from the heart of Moscow. It has a bountiful breakfast buffet and a very helpful staff that strives to please. The room was clean and well stocked with traveling necessities. I recomment it for a traveler on a budget.

This hotel was perfect it was just not in the part of Moscow i needed to be in.

“Nice Little Moscow Hotel”

Small but clean hotel somewhat out of the way but close to the metro. Once you learn to use the metro all of Moscow is open to you. Staff very friendly and helpful for a Moscow establishment. The only drawback was that it is near the train lines.

Very good quality for this price. It's just three stars, but with 4-star quality.

“a NICE FINDING IN MOSCOW CITY !”

The hotel is really an amazing finding in moscow city, but the LOCATION is very TRICKY, it is located on a RESIDENTIAL AREA OF MOSCOW, taxi drivers lot of them, do not even know it does exist, make sure to have a MAP and INFORMATIONS about IT'S LOCATION, i am sorry not to able to help with the NEAREST METRO NAME, but you should call the hotel and ask, this will help you very much, now there are 4 hotels MAXIS, THIS ONE IS IRBIS, make sure you have the right address, the metro is about 1 (one mile) from the hotel, i would NOT recommend arrive in the hotel by metro, go by taxi, you can use the metro to go to moscow city center with no problem, one thing rooms are VERY NICE, ROOMS ARE VERY BIG, AND COMFORTABLE, AND CLEAN, ALL WORKS, HEAT SYSTEM, no problems, very nice breakfast complete and tasty, newspaper in english, and some channels too, it was a real nice surprise.

“good for business travel”

It is in an easy access location but a bit far from center. It is clean and nice hotel. very good for business tavellers.

“Good Value”

While a bit on the outskirts, reasonably close to 2 metro stations. About a half hour ride to the center. Hotel itself seems newly renovated. Clean and modern. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is normal. I'd stay there again without a second thought.
