Good hotel. Very close to the airport and has free shuttle. Helpful staff. The only complaint is many steps you have to climb and pull your luggage to get to the hotel. Can be hard for the old people.

Hotel what I wanted!

Cons: I was happy with everything
Location: next to terminals D, E, F
Great hotel for the travelers between the flights.

Too noisy

You can hear all the yelling from next rooms. Airport pick up made us wait 70 minutes.

Dirty & ugly rooms and irresponsible staff - hotel

Rooms in this property desperately need renovation and repair. Everything is scratched, banged, bathroom door was damaged (previously seems to be flooded on the floor), fungus in bathrooms. The room I got had very dirty bathroom - someone's hair and absolutely dirty toilet with ugly spots. Seems like Housekeeping Attendant did not even try to do any cleaning there. After this issue Receptionist changed the room. Bathroom was cleaner, but with fungus and absolutely damaged door. I have requested wake up call and when room was changed I have reminded Reception about wake up call to new room. As a result no one did any wake up call in the morning. Moreover after bringing this question Receptionist was telling that she called. It obviously was not the case, as by the time of wake up call I was already awake for quite a while. WiFi signal very low and it took a lot of time to get it. Be ready for many steps and heavy lifting, because at the entrance you will face about 40-50 rough USSR steps to get to reception. The line for rolling on the side is almost 90 degrees incline, so no way anyone can use it. Therefore management of Hotel don't care about guests with bags and disabled guests whatsoever! Only positive thing about room was no noise from airport, which was a surprise. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you have no other choice than staying close to the airport. For this price you can get a much nicer hotel in Moscow itself.

Following up on your complaint we have investigated the issues you raised and we have some other information that does conflict with your review. In no way do we retract from the fact that you were not pleased with the room, and cleanliness is a minimum standard that all guests receive regardless of what room type was booked. 이제껏 묵었던 호텔 중 최악

20만원짜리 스위트룸 잡았는데 커피포트 안에 저번 투숙객이 쓰다 남은 물도 남아있고 안에도 물때 껴서 더럽고 추가베드 미리 요청해놨는데 도착해서 깔아주기 시작하고 물도 원래 탄산수랑 그냥 물 2병씩 있던 거 같은데 그냥 물은 없고 입구는 계단 위에 있어서 짐 많은데 계단 올라가야 해서 힘들었는데 비행기가 7시라서 5시에 나왔더니 짐 들어주는 사람은 7시부터 나온다고 해서 별 의미 없었다. 애초부터 Blu랑 헷갈려서 잡은 거라 다시 이 곳에 투숙할 일은 없겠지만.
