Good hotel , comfortable beds, big room, good shower room. Quiet. They need to give more information. We had our dog with us and when we went down to the restaurant we were told they didn’t accept dogs in the restaurant and the terrace was fully booked. Why didn’t they tell us that when we booked? I even rang the hotel and asked them about bringing our dog, as their website says they don’t accept pets, so why not tell us then? We ordered room service which was ok, although very expensive for what it was.
The information booklet says you can order breakfast in your room so we put the order card outside, on the doorknob, as advised. We wanted To have breakfast at 8, but by 8.30 nothing had arrived. On ringing reception (room service never answered the phone) we were told they don’t do breakfast in the room any more. You have to go and collect a breakfast bag. Again, why not tell us this on arrival, and why have wrong information in the room? It wouldn’t be difficult to put up to date information in each room, surely? This Covid 19 situation has been going on for four months! So we left without breakfast and very fed up.
