Very well located hotel. We were able to explore the old town on foot. The rooms are small, which is standard in French hotels. A note to overweight tourists: they may not fit in tiny showers! The staff Is very welcoming and helpful.

Comfortable bed and great location
Very friendly staff. Underground on site parking €9 but only 10 spaces. Very comfortable bed and pillows, so great nights sleep. Great location for the town. Would stay again

The friendliness of the staff and location were very good. Nice quiet area but close to sights, restaurants & cafes. There was a water bottle & cup filling station in lobby. The room was a very good value however small. There was a kettle in the room with supplies in the lobby. No wash clothes provided.

Park at Indigo Parking to only pay 9.50 Euros a night. Hotel is small but good enough. Comfortable beds and the staff are super friendly. They speak English and are very accommodating.

Was okay not worth the money, room was tiny and the shower was even smaller, body towels were like wearing mini skirts. Bed was a small double and everything was still cramped which shows how small the room is. There was no on-site parking available but carpark less than 5 minutes walk away.

We stayed two nights at the Kyriad and for the most part enjoyed our stay. I would caution others that the room walls are not sound proof. The people in the neighboring room complained that our 1 year old was crying. The management made a point to say something to us twice, but seemed understanding that there wasn't much more we could do about it when he had only cried for a minute each time. Granted... there were other families and their children who we could hear so maybe it was one of them? Any way, the take away - Not Sound Proof. The onsite parking garage is underground so keep that in mind. If you have anything larger than a small SUV, you may want to take advantage of off-site parking. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. The room, although small, was sufficient for our needs. The staff were nice and accommodating. Other than slight hiccup with neighbors, we really did enjoy our stay.

Basic business hotel, good condition but rather small room, small shower room, but ok. Wifi had irritating habit of delogging and necessitated relogging constantly. Central location is good

Decent hotel, a little dated
Hotel was in a decent location, a bit of a walk from the touristy parts of the city. The lobby was nice and seemed to be recently updated, but the rooms were a bit dated and the condition was only fair. For example, bedsheets were clean and good-smelling, but were a little threadbare in places. Carpet in the room seemed a bit worn, etc. Nothing that was too significant, but not altogether an updated, modern hotel room.

Did the Job
Pulled in as the bike was overheating, and booked the nearest spot. Good location, quiet but a short-ish, uphill walk to the cathedral. Metz is a nice city. No parking at the hotel. Recommended not to leave the bike out front. Paid parking is only a couple of hundred metres away. Which you cannot get in outside of normal hours. And this was over Easter. You can wait for someone to exit. Didn't have breakfast, and the restaurant was closed.

Great location small rooms.
This hotel had a very small room, even by European standards. It was clean and quiet. Has A/C though I don’t believe it worked. We were there in April so it was not too warm. We had 2 carry on bags and a small backpack each and it filled the room. The beds were a bit hard for my comfort. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Parking is hard to find on the street but available under the hotel for 9 euro per night. The location is excellent.

Great location, what is guest comfort?
this is one of the smallest room i have stayed in a hotel, there was hardly a place to keep one medium size suitcase. The toilet design deserves a prize in space optimization.

Small but cozy room with helpful staffs
Thanks to the front desk, we enjoyed fireworks on 14 July :) Our room was small but well-equipped. most major spots are walking distance. Public parking is just around the corner.
