Clean, comfortable

While this was a quite hotel. It is close to train tracks; although noise limited if you are a light sleeper you might notice trains at night. Overall a nice place to stay.

Comfortable little hotel in Ephrata

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: Location was good, comfortable room/bedding, free breakfast
Cons: Our kids wanted to use the pool in the evening, but there were some men drinking and smoking in the pool area (which shouldn't be allowed).
Location: Great walking/bike path along the canal and mountain biking trails in the hills.
We stayed at the Best Western in Ephrata for a mountain bike race that my son was competing in along with some friends of ours. The inn was clean, the service very good (missing keys were replaced quickly, extra cot arranged with no trouble), and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were also comfortable and walls were not paper-thin (if we had any noisy neighbors, we certainly didn't hear them). Our friends needed a handicap-accessible parking place, and there were plenty at the inn (and a couple of slanted spots right next to the front door that were easy to access with the large vehicle and easy to get wheelchair in and out of).

You get what you pay for...

Cons: Don't have an ashtray outside anybody's room...I mean seriously!
IThe hotel itself was ok, but my fellow guests were very loud, inconsiderate and downright obnoxious all night and all morning. I would have slept better on the side of the road.

Glad we stayed here

Pros: comfortable room, good air conditioning.
Cons: Make sure room has shampoo.
Location: The Gorge.
Convenient distance from Gorge. Clean, comfortable room. Shampoos were missing but not a big deal. Hallway was a little dirty but it was a very busy hotel at midnight (completely booked up) so a little mess here and there is understandable. Reasonable price, would stay here again if going to the Gorge. One thing that may bother some folks but I actually find soothing is that freight trains run throughout the day and night and sound fairly close to the hotel. With the air conditioning running I hardly noticed though.

Adequate for an Overnight Stay

Posted Jun 28, 2013
Pros: Close to the airport, restaurants, & met our needs for a 1 night stay.
The hotel is a budget hotel located very close to the Oakland Airport. It offers sleep, park & fly packages with transportation to the airport. The room was clean, the bed good, & furnishings adequate. The grounds are beautifully maintained, & there is a large swimming pool. It is close to restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful. Not a destination in itself, but adequate for those passing through the area.

Good Reliable and Comfortable place to stay.

Posted Nov 5, 2012
Pros: Reliable and comfortable quality.
Cons: Poor TV program selection. Too firm mattress.
My wife and I have stayed in the Best Western Rama Inn in Ephrata several times. It is a good comfortable place to stay. We can depend on the friendly helpful staff and the quality of the establishment so we are comfortable making reservations for our visits. The mattresses are more firm than I like; a small matter. Something that is not the fault of the Inn is the quality of available programming on the television. The available programs made it very easy to turn the TV off and read.
