near the interstate

Pros: Again, the service was excellent, staff at the front desk were every bit a professional as you would expect. parking + food & starbucks right there.
Cons: I would suggest to the head office that the staff get some support on peripheral facilities. We paid for them; there are many lodging options nearby.
Location: You can get gas, starbucks, dining, sundries within one block of the hotel. the place is a the intersection of two freeways, i-90 and sr17.
the young hotel staff was very attentive and responsive to my needs. They are very professional and competent. The room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. The halls are also spotless. stick to these areas and you will love it. the swimming pool was too dirty to use, period. the exercise room was rudimentary, filthy and neglected like the pool. I mean, I was there for three days and saw the same bottle of nail polish on the treadmill! the sauna had a faded 'out of service' sign. The laundry room suffered from similar neglect, one in three dryers were working, the others had faded 'out of service' notices posted. We selected a hotel that had these services, other guests spoke to me about the same funky condition about this issue. Like them, we traveled from out of state, and seemed resigned to the situation.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Some serious updating and a good cleaning would be a great start.
Location: Camping, fishing, water activities, etc
The room smelled musty, the carpet was filthy, there was a used, dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod. Nothing has been updated in over 15 years.

Great value east of the Cascades

Pros: Staff, breakfast, value
Cons: Rm 219. Fix/ replace AC unit. The rest of the room is really good. 215. Fix running toilet bowl. Makes a little noise and wastes water.
Location: Location is very convenient: to lake (jet ski), parks (walked), downtown (ate), and our home that is currently rented out.
Our stay: July 2 - July 6 (Thursday - Sunday night) The rooms: The first room had an air conditioner that gave out. Ugh. Other than that, the room was FINE! But, with the high temperatures, we needed to switch rooms. The second room was much better. The air conditioner made a difference. The food: Breakfast was great over the weekend, but come Monday, it seemed that somebody took the day off. Eggs, waffles, OJ. All there on the weekend. Wonderful. Cereal, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea. All there every day. Nice... The staff: Awesome. I left my keys in the room, dropped behind a desk. Javier found them and mailed them to me!!! Overall: A great value. Can overlook some small things, when they out of their way to get the big things done. I don't think all of the more prestigious hotels would've looked behind the dresser for a set of keys! Needs Upgrading

Pros: The staff is generally very accommodating and pleasant.
Cons: Maintenance &upgrades, e.g. ceiling tiles in the pool room, replace the clunky tube TVs, install cameras in the parking lot to discourage vandalism.
I stayed over the June 26-29 weekend and temperatures in Moses Lake reached triple digits. Since I've stayed here before, I know this is only a 2-3 star place, but wasn't overly demanding for this fishing weekend. The temperature however, revealed a huge problem: the 2nd floor has inadequate roof insulation and the whole hallway was a sauna. Each room has an air conditioner, but even set at it's coldest, throughout the night I was bathed in sweat. Come Sunday, when vacancies were available on the first floor, housekeeping arranged for me to move down and that room was a treat! Special thanks to the ladies who helped make this happen! Though the whole hotel is non-smoking, cleaned rooms had a strong 'cover-up' smell. Maybe ozonators here would help. The lady who usually handles the continental breakfast was not here this time, and her pleasant personality and waffle-making skills were missed.

Cold ac! Breakfast could use help

AC was great considering it was close to 100 degrees. Breakfast could use help muffins and bagels frozen. Better choice if coffee creamers would be nice also.

Dirty room

Room was not clean in corners. No elevators for 2nd floor rooms. 1 small botle of shampoo and 2 set of towels for 3 adults.

Aging facility needs upgrade in furnishings decor

Had to change rooms because first one was so bad with broken toilet lid, dirty, cobwebs, no microwave or coffee as advertised, not what I would call good representation

very disappointing dirty carpet.and noisey.

Pros: showerhead and water pressure was good,and bed was comfortable. cleaning staff was friendly
Cons: whole facility needs to be updated,we were issued a key. every place else has the plastic card
Location: location was convenient right off of I 90 exit 179, nothing to do near by
staff unfriendly and rude. adjoining cafe was absolutely worse experience we ever experienced,terrible food only surpassed by the service.
