Cold ac! Breakfast could use help

Posted Jun 29, 2015
AC was great considering it was close to 100 degrees. Breakfast could use help muffins and bagels frozen. Better choice if coffee creamers would be nice also.

Aging facility needs upgrade in furnishings decor

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Had to change rooms because first one was so bad with broken toilet lid, dirty, cobwebs, no microwave or coffee as advertised, not what I would call good representation

very disappointing dirty carpet.and noisey.

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: showerhead and water pressure was good, and bed was comfortable. cleaning staff was friendly
Cons: whole facility needs to be updated,we were issued a key. every place else has the plastic card
Location: location was convenient right off of I 90 exit 179, nothing to do near by
staff unfriendly and rude. adjoining cafe was absolutely worse experience we ever experienced, terrible food only surpassed by the service.

Bass Tournament weekend

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Was good. One item that could really help us tournament guys would be some external outlets to charge boats at night.

Hotel is good, Javier and staff are excellent!

Posted Jun 4, 2015
Pros: The staff were the best part! It was also clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced with a good breakfast and fantastic pool facilities.
Cons: The dark floral print bedspreads are ugly and make the whole room feel dated. Changing these out with crisp white comforters woul bring this hotel to
Location: We ate dinner at Michaels by the lake and it was excellent! We were there during happy hor wher appetisers are I/2 price. Well worth a visit!
When we checked in the room we were initially given was not made up, nor was there an extra roll away for our 6 year old son. Immediately upon alerting the hotel staff of this we were given another room with a roll away. Breakfast in the morning was quite acceptable! Billed as continental fare, there were hot waffles, hard boiled eggs, a variety of cereal, yoghurt, etc. plus a variety of teas and coffee. I will note, as it's important to me, they offered a variety of sweeteners, including Splenda, and they had real cream, not just the powdered kind! The reason for our trip was a SCUBA silo dive for me husband. The dive was on Sunday and it soon became clear he wouldn't be finished by checkout time. He could have cut his dive short, but Javier wouldn't hear of it! He allowed us to stay until after checkout and was very kind and accommodating! Javier and the rest of the staff are the reason we will return to this property! Another wonderful amenity is the indoor pool and spa. The hot tub is the perfect temperature and the pool just right! My son and I enjoyed a couple of hours here and it was great fun! The hotel provides towels for the pool area. They also have an exercise room, steam room, and sauna, but as we did not use those facilities, I cannot speak to them. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing I would change are the hideous bedspreads! They give the room a dated feel, and a clean white comforter would make all the difference!

Clean and comfortable

Posted May 31, 2015
The value was good. A large clean and comfortable room at a good rate. Not modern or fancy but if you need a place to sleep this does the job just fine.
