“A Fine Place To Stay”

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was on the small side but comfortable. Everything was clean as you would expect. Breakfast had a number of choices and was well stocked, even at 8:30 am. The pool was clean and the water nice and warm. Not a huge pool, but with no one else using it it was perfect for the two of us. Most of all the staff was very helpful and willing to go out of their way if we needed something. One of the maids even went so far as to offer to help bring some breakfast back to the room when she saw that I was struggling with two plates. Didn't expect that but it was really cool. Overall a fine motel and I'd stay there again.

“Co-owner/Manager not overly helpful”

The hotel was alright, pretty clean, breakfast was good. There was also a restaurant just a short walk across the parking lot, but not much else around. The room was clean as were the hallways. The hotel could use some updates but it wasn't bad for the price. The heated pool was cold, and unfortunately having a heated pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. There was a mistake made during billing and my card was charged again for a room I had prepaid weeks before (when I went to pay for the pet deposit, my card information was accidentally put in place of billing Expedia for the pre-paid room). The staff was friendly and tried to help. One person was able to explain exactly what had happened and assured me it was a mistake that they would fix right away. When I spoke with the manager/co-owner the next day after it had not been corrected, he tried to cover up the mistake and said it was only a "hold" (my bill at checkout said my card had been charged... it was not a "hold"). He was not polite, not apologetic, lied directly to me, and said the holds take 24 hours to clear. The system took the money from my account on Saturday, I did not have it returned to my account until Thursday. I was thankful that their mistake did not mess up my account and cause overdraft fees (for which he said he would NOT be responsible for if they occurred). It would have been an "okay" stay otherwise. But because the manager lied and was rude, I won't stay again or recommend.

“wrok stay”

The was so bad I switched to the Ameristay on the other side of town after 2 days. The building smelled bad and the room was dirty, some trash was still in the room from the last people.

“You get what you pay for. Good fare and good lodging.”

Not much more to expect. FYI....If you travel with dogs, it is cheaper to declare your dogs and the number of dogs than to be charged a greater amount for not being upfront.

“Very good experience”

We had travelled from Alberta Canada and the trip down left something to be desired.We experienced fog, ice and rain, lots of rain. Down to Coer de Laine the rain kept up but it wasn't until we got to Spokane Washington it really came down in buckets. By the time we reached Moses Lake, the rain had stopped and we were looking forward to enjoying a relaxing stay at our motel. I understand no one has any control over the weather, but to go from what we experienced early in our trip to no precipitation, or ice or fog, it just added more relevance to having a nice comfortable room to look forward to. And we were not disappointed. Beginning with the person at the desk who signed us in to our room, right down to when we left the Motel 8 to finish our trip to Redmond Washington, everything was ideal. The bed was comfortable allowing us to have a very good sleep. The amenties in the room were very important especially to me as I deal with digestive problems that cause me to have to have a special diet . Especially the fridge and microwave added to me being able to take care of myself. After a really good sleep, we enjoyed a good breakfast and soon were on our way to Redmond knowing we would return.
