Absolutely HORRIBLE Motel!!!Posted Jul 7, 2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Location: I was too busy swapping rooms, getting yelled at by motel staff, and ultimately changing motels to even look around.
I have NEVER experienced a motel stay like this one. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. I got screamed at when the lady at the counter thought i was trying to have more people stay with me. She didnt even try to find out what was going on. She just came outside screaming at me, my friend, and my sisters kids! It was so embarrasing! The couple that was in the pool right by us was staring. They were staying at the motel as well and they were having to clean the pool so they could get in! It was REDICULOUS!!! When i got there they had changed my room from the 2 queen beds i had asked for to 1 king. Then when i told her that wasnt going to work she changed my room to 2 standard beds and tried to convience me they were queens. IT WAS INSAINE!!

Wouldn't stay there again.Posted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: Not Much!
Cons: New new beds & bedding. Need remodeled.
Location: Some OK restaurants nearby.
Room was big but... The hotel is old and not well maintained. Mattress was bad. We had to stay in a smoking room even though we booked a non-smoking. Cigarette burns in the bedding, sink, tub,... There was no clock, no hair drier nor any local info book. The breakfast was not good. No coffee. The toaster didn't work. No fruit or yogurt.

Nice hotel with friendly staff-Moss Point, MSPosted Jun 22, 2013
Pros: Hospitality & friendliness of the staff
Cons: Breakfast bar
Location: 20 miles from Biloxi
Nice room, nice staff. I do suggest getting a smoke free room if you're a non-smoker. My 1st room was a room in which someone could smoke. I have asthma & my daughter has allergies so the LOUD aroma of smoke was unbearable making me short of breath & making her cough & sneeze. I paid extra to swap to a non smoking 2 bed room & everything was great! The breakfast is almost non existent: cereal, wheat bread, coffee/orange juice. Overall, it was an OK stay.

One in bad shape right now!Posted Jan 14, 2012
Pros: there were none.
Cons: Staff did not seem to care at all!
Location: It was close to I 10
This was bad! The smoke detector was not working. The bath water ran all night. There was no breakfast in the morning. The credit card number used was wrong. The towels were small and inadequate. The worst stay of our trip. When we complained in the morning they said they were in the process of fixing it up. It needs a lot!
