Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

The hotel was a nice place. It is getting a little older and is showing signs of being an aged property. The service was nice.

The WiFi was not working the rooms were really tiny and claustrophobic and the rooms are almost on the highway

Excellent Resort fun in the sun
Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

O hotel não se responsabiliza pelo estacionamento, apesar de oferecer estacionamento, tirando o metre, são muito resistentes para adequações alimentares , minha filha é alérgica, praticamente não teve opção, café da manhã muito fraco para um hotel da categoria, quarto velho, banheiro fraco. hotel ficou desatualizado para o que oferece

Ótimo hotel
O hotel tem um ótimo restaurante, café da manhã muito bom, as piscinas são ótimas! Porém, deixei uma saída de praia (calca) numa mesa e ela desapareceu. O que foi pessimo, pois não nos sentimos seguros após esse episódio. Não vi muitas câmeras.

Pedido da reserva não atendido...
Fizemos a reserva com UM MÊS DE ANTECEDÊNCIA. Pedimos um quarto próximo ao restaurante, pois meu pai é idoso e tem bastante dificuldade de locomoção. Para a nossa desagradável surpresa, ao chegarmos ao hotel, cansados depois de um dia inteiro de viagem, queriam nos acomodar num quarto longe do restaurante ou no primeiro andar, que tem escadas. Não aceitamos. Fomos então acomodados no quarto nº 135. PÉSSIMO! Guardarroupa velho e sujo, mofo no teto do banheiro, HORRÍVEL! Nada parecido com o bom Hotel Thermas que conhecíamos de longas datas. O impasse foi resolvido no dia seguinte quando fomos acomodados em outro quarto, mas o aborrecimento já havia sido causado. Deveriam prestar mais atenção aos pedidos feitos no ato da reserva, que no nosso caso, repito, foi feita com um mês de antecedência. Fora isso, o hotel continua muito bom. As piscinas quentes são muito gostosas à noite, o café da manhã continua excelente e o restaurante oferece boas opções para o almoço e o jantar.

O hotel é antigo, está precisando de reformas e dedetização, muitos mosquitos e formigas invadem o quarto se deixar a porta da varanda aberta ao entardecer. Se não tem como efetuar a reforma agora, pelo menos uma pintura já daria uma impressão melhor, os funcionários são um mix de gentileza e desatenção, alguns eram solícitos outros eram dispersos as nossas exigências, falta treinamento, as piscinas estão realmente entregues, falta mamute em geral e a academia se torna impraticável num Lugar tão quente e que precisa de ar condicionado, infelizmente não voltaria.
