The hotel was conveniently located near the rail/bus station and the centre. This made visits to the Old Town/Bridge and surrounding places of interest very easy.

This hotel staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We were a group of nine and they treated us as individuals with separate needs. Our rooms were spacious, with plenty of room to move between tea table, three beds, and a balcony view of the river. With a mini-kitchen, you can stay in these rooms for a week and feel at home. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Parking is available for a fee. When I return to Mostar, I will stay at Hotel Pellegrino, mostly for the outgoing staff.

One night only..
Not an easy place to find and even the locals directed us the wrong way..We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink but then the manageress was dealing with 2 incoming guests with some identification problem and we couldn't get to our room as we hadn't been given the key yet. Room was well appointed and the a/c was new and working well. We had booked hearing it was a good breakfast included but we had to leave very early in the morning and the hotel could not provide a packed breakfast so we forfeited it sadly with no compensation. We were told to avail ourselves of the mini-bar and leave the money - Mars bars twix and drinks were by-passed. The bakery round the corner was open at 6.00 as we passed. So though the hotel position in the middle of a pedestrian area and along from the bridges was well located we were disappointed overall. We were on the third floor with no lift as well - not good accessibility. So our stay was only OK.

NIce Family Run Hotel
Nice family run hotel that is apartment style with kitchenette. Great location to cafes and bridge in Mostar. One issue was the noisy aircon - it had to be turned off at night due to motor noise. Hosts were very friendly and helpful re carparking and a guide to local area. Mostar was a one night stay on our journey to Dubrovnik so Pellegrino was good choice for short stay.

Stay away! Scary people working in this hotel
The women who greeted was very very rude. She called my son not normal because he took his shoes and sat on the bed. She said if your boy does something to the room ( we were not sure why she meant) we will pay for it. The breakfast was ending at 10:30, we came down exactly at that time and women said “no more, don’t touch anything, you are late” even though no one was there. Stay somewhere else if you can. it was the worst experience of our entire trip.

Sometimes is success some of guests dont have in hotel. Where is bound which guest cross and been worth of our hospitality and effort. The guest is always in charge but adhering to the rules of conduct in a hotel that is still determined by the host, ie. the team of employees. As soon as it crosses this bound, it goes beyond the concept of a good guest. Individuals are willing to give extremely negative comments and ratings for top-of-the-order properties due to things that are not allowed in that facility or are simply required to behave politely. It is rare to write bad things about us so that most of these criticisms are not worth the attention.

Welcoming staff - good location
The hotel was in a good location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Less than 10 minute walk to the most / bridge. One night stay in Mostar is enough time to walk around. We would stay here again.

Beautiful older hotel in the old part of town. Close to the bridge and lots of cafes. Well signposted from the bus station. Excellent value.

No credit cards accepted to pay for room Do not recommend getting laundry done by the hotel as the charge was quite expensive Door lock on room needs to be repaired immediately for guest security. I spoke to the restaurant staff about this upon check out. She said the owners were aware of this. Rooms need definite upgrade including the mattresses. Sttaff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the location is great but be aware of the noise at night from the nearby bars

We booked the hotel because it advertised a kitchenette. It had one but I couldn't be used for cooking, just for making coffee. At breakfast, we were told we could not take food out of the breakfast area. The manager had an arrogant attitude. The room's temperature was too warm.

Stayed here one night. Simple, clean, friendly and super location. We were on our honeymoon and upgraded to a nice room. Only disappointments: breakfast poor and received lousy dinner recommendation from reception (touristy restaurant in old town which the hotel clearly has a commercial agreement with).

Good choice in Mostar
Great location. Little bit hard to find it from bus/railway station. Once you approach the center of old town, there are plenty sign leading to its place. It's more like a high-end apartment than hotel. No front desk service. The breakfast ladies are very friendly.

Close to bus station and old town/bridge
The hotel is only 3 blocks away from the bus station. You will see the sign for the hotel on the way into town on the bus coming from Split. The hotel does not have an elevator. Only 8 rooms. If you get room 102 then Yahtzee! This room has a little kitchen/dining/seating area and a nice terrace. This is a no brainer. You only have to walk straight down one street for about 300 meters and you are in the old town. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants all along the road next to this hotel. Breakfast was okay. Decent selection for having so few rooms. Staff is very helpful with directions. This is a cash only hotel so you will have to hit an atm/bank or exchange office. Thankfully there are a ton of those all very close by. I didn't hear much noise from bars or clubs as I thought I would and it didn't run late into the night. This was a great bargain with big bang for your buck.

Lovely location in the heart of Mostar.
Our room had a wonderful balcony view over Mostar. The staff were very friendly and helpful, carrying our suit cases up the stairs as there is no lift. They have created a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was good. A good choice and the hotel will enhance your stay in Mostar.

Convenient location, spacious room
Located midway between rail/bus station and old town/bridge area about 10 mins walk from each. Room was large with kitchenette, and small private courtyard. Comfortable without being luxurious. We only stayed one night (one day) which is sufficient to see most of the Mostar sights. Breakfast was good - better than average in Europe for this type of accommodation. Staff were OK but not overly friendly. They require payment in cash and insisted on holding our passports which we did not like.

A few niggles but overall a decent hotel
The hotel is easy to find, 5 minute walk from the bus station and well signposted. It's a 10 min walk to the old town which is manageable but sticky in the August heat. The hotel itself is well kept, staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, there is no lift in the hotel so if you are travelling with people who have difficulty with stairs, then request a room on the lower floor. The rooms were clean, but for some inexplicable reason the hotel had installed minibar/ fridge with a transparent glass door which glowed all night long and doubled up as a bedside lamp! We ended up hanging a rug over the door to block out the light. The shower was powerful but flooded the bathroom each time we used it. The bed was comfortable but the flannel sheets used were scratchy. Breakfast is good if you like cheese, cold cuts and fruit. Overall despite the fridge and the leaky shower the hotel was fine and good value. We would probably stay here again.

Bijzonder onvriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaresse was onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd. Ontbijt om 07:30 was niet mogelijk maar op de kamer lag infop dat het wel kon. Prima locatie t.o.v. de Bezienswaardigheden. Erg schone kamer. Gratis onbewaakte parkeerplaats is 400 meter lopen. Wij gaan hier niet meer terug.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage. Saubere, ruhige Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, hoteleigener Parkplatz... es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Extra Lob an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen

The location is very god, in the midle of the town near by the famous bridge. The hotel has its own place for parking. The staff is very pleasant and service-minded. Bountiful breakfast table. Really a hotel I can recommend!

4 staircases, no elevator to the upper room. they offered to carry our luggage but the staff gave a bit confused inpression so we declined. A very talkative and a bit confused lady in the reception kept asking the same question over and over again. Another staff kept talking bosnian to us even though we told him several times we don´t understand. Room was great (clean and comfortable bed) but a bit small. The dining room had a bit peculiar interior but It was fun. Thankful for it not beeing all "white and fresh"

今回は5泊。2度目の滞在でしたが、大満足です。 エレベーターがありませんが、荷物はホテルの人が運んでくれます。 スタリモストまで徒歩10分。ホテルの前にはカフェ、スーパー。となりのにはベーカリー。 ホテル周りにはなんでも揃っています。 ホテルスタッフも毎回とっても親切です。

Chegamos ao Hotel por volta das 14 horas e nos pediram para retornar as 15. Chegamos as 17 horas e um senhor nos atendeu super mal, dizendo que a habitação não estava pronta. Havíamos deixado nossa bagagem e um outro funcionário disse que nos acompanharia até o quarto e foi repreendido pelo primeiro. Nos acompanhou e pediu desculpas pelo atendimento. O Senhor que nos atendeu primeiramente, queria de imediato, o Pagamento da diária correspondente. Efetuamos o pagamento e solicitamos o comprovante de pagamento. Com relutância nos deu um recibo, sem aualquer identificação nossa ou mesmo do hotel. Lastimável! O café da manhã é bom, bem como a localização do hotel.
