“Disappointed”

When you walk in you have to ring a bell and it takes a few minutes for someone to come downstairs to help you. Then when we got to our room, it was freezing inside the room. It took forever to warm up in there. We stayed 2 nights, and same with both rooms. They don't keep the heat on. Not happy with that at all.
