The room was clean and comfortable! Our only challenge was the heater. We were awakened at 2am because it was turning on and off every 13 seconds (yes, we timed it.) Except for that, the stay was excellent!!

Seemingly off the beaten path but could do a great hobby weekend rt here!! Hobby Lobby across the street, Dollar General next door and plenty of food choices including Vietnamese!

Excellent friendly customer service. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless and updated. Bath towels were crisp, white, and fluffy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant surprise
Even though hotel was old it was updated nicely. Beds were comfortable pillows were nice and the place was very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

It was clean & quiet. Breakfast was a joke. We got 2 honey buns that were stale. This was at 8:30 am. Thats all that was there. But, as far as the room, I would stay there again.

Hotel facility and the room was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Our stay was for 1 night and was very good. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. the shower had plenty of hot water and had very good water pressure that I've ever experienced in a hotel! Would recommend to friends.

WAY to expensive for a simple room
Outragiously expensive for a simple room. This was a $100 room I was sacked for $169. Will NEVER stay again. The attendent was almost hostile.

If there is an event in town than all the hotels everywhere increase the rates, Hampton Inn was charging for 350 per night that day. It’s up to the individual guest if they want to pay that kind of rates or not. It’s like getting a popcorn at movie theater for 10 which you can buy outside for 1. Hotel sets the rates per demand of the rooms that day. We have 79 rates in winter time when demands are low. We have a seasonal business and we have to make the best during our busy season, if now we cannot even pay our bills.

It’s not an ugly area we just remodeled that lobby 2 years ago and it’s modern and contemporary besides small office area due to size of the property and seating area is per the required code and number of chairs. You may have to pay twice what we have charged you to have seperate lobby and breakfast like other big hotels in area

Great room, horrible AC
The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable, except for the AC unit. It was super noisy and set high in the wall so that it blew air all across the room. I cannot sleep with air blowing directly on me (I'll wake up with a completely stuffed up head) so we couldn't use the air all night and the room got warm and a bit stuffy. Otherwise it was a great room, just needs a better AC setup.

Disappointed… was unwilling to check us in 30 minutes before check in time (2:00pm) room smelled stale… tv was unwatchable, too dark to watch, unable to fix brightness. Breakfast was unacceptable. Juicy machine broken, muffins day old. No milk for cereal. No water in soda machine. Coffee was good though.

Hello, check in time is mentioned on your reservation to check in after 2 pm if rooms are not ready than we cannot check you in. If you did not like room you should have come to office for full refund. No hotels bakes muffins everyday they are all frozen, we had juice in jug not machine. We always have milk for cereal unless it was empty by other guest before we refill again. Only thing you had to do was ask. When it’s busy we may be little behind on refilling it.

Older hotel, decent stay
The hotel was better than I expected. Clean, tidy and the staff was really nice. It is an older hotel, and the air conditioning units are loud, but work really well. The bed is very firm, which I like. The pool was unheated, and my kids insisted on swimming so swim we did. It was too bad, but not for an extended period. The best part of this hotel is the Asian restaurant behind it. Seriously, go there.

Sorry but you cannot give hotel low review because they have smoking rooms. You will be surprise how many people still smokes. I don’t smoke myself but I book non smoking rooms when I travel. If you make reservation for smoking you get smoking room. I would rather people smoke in smoking room rather they smoke in non smoking rooms. I have seen lots of hotels if they are smoke free and people rent non smoking rooms and smoke in that room, very common problems hotels have no a days. I see you booked smoking room online and that’s what we gave you. You made mistake so you cannot blame hotel for it just because we offer smoking room option.

YOU DID NOT STAY AT HOTEL …..so why reviewYou made a non refundable reservation thinking we allow pets which we don’t and when you called to cancel reservation as a courtesy we told you to contact Expedia to cancel it and we will waive the charge. But you were really rude when you called. Still we waived the fees and did not charged you from hotel side. Hotel do not have any authority to make changes or cancel reservation when you book it thru any travel agency.
